Enjoyed my stay and loved the location. Only thing is the elevators were very slow and the construction was very loud in the morning.

Well located in uptown ManhattanPosted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: Location, staff attitude and helpfullness
Not a very large hotel, but conveniently located near Soho with subways to various lines within a 3 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff was efficient and very helpful. Hotel is not a delux like most Starwood group properties but then it is not the Sheraton premium range either. Hotel is value for money and comfortable. However, temporary disturbance of construction on the next plot during working hours could disturb a late riser but not an issue if one is out during most of the day.

In NY for the weekend. Room was neat and clean. Outside construction made unloading our suitcases hard, curb space is limited. Ate breakfast in the restaurant, service and food were both very good. Found all staff to be very pleasant and extending.

Nice hotel in quiet part of ManhattanPosted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Location was excellent - short subway ride to everywhere - Times Square, WTC, Brooklyn Bridge area
Cons: Hotel was working on its elevators at the time of our stay - updating them - so we made several trips via the stairs but we were only on the 4th floor
Location: SoHo area is quiet and neighborly - great shops and eating close by. Great access to subways and great walking area as well.
Had a terrific stay. Was able to access all of Manhattan and Brooklyn easily from this location. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous.

Good ValuePosted May 30, 2015
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Overall bedroom was clean. Staff was attentive. We ordered room service on our last night, and were very satisfied. This isnt a very fancy hotel, but you get your money's worth. Only inconvenience was 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order during our stay. I would stay again if ever in the area.

Pros: modern rooms, nice staff, cute little bar, free bottle of water in room
Cons: It's a tiny hotel but that can't do anything about that -Read the "green" tag you put on door it means no housekeeping at all-
Location: Great restaurants - go to 12 Chairs around the corner practically for breakfast and a sensuous mochacchino - try Gardenia - nice calm small place
It is a good hotel but small. Great location. They had a dirty water problem from nearby construction but Expedia refunded one day stay to me so I was pleased about that - it wasn't the hotel's fault. I liked the Hyatt Grand much better for nearly the same price.

I am somewhat disappointed with the bath room in the hotel. The water pressure was low. The toilet flushes slowly.
