“Great reasonable price for NYC visit”

Hotel was the most reasonable price while still staying within 10 miles of Manhatten. Rooms we're nice size and had our own bathroom. Stayed there with family and felt completely comfortable and safe

“Friendly space”

The hotel is very much what i expected, staff were friendly because i lost my card and was worried but the guy was nice about so i didnt have a bad day'

“help the staff”

needed more towels, no iron in the room. and staff was knocking at the door 2 hours before departure, not cool at all,

Good landscape of Manhattan from 9th floor and i liked it

“Only for couples”

When I first stepped into the room I was amazed by the number of Mirrors in the room, Basically letting you know that the rooms are being rented out so people could get laid. TV had so much porn on it children shouldnt be allowed in those rooms. The comforter didnt look as ifit was washed so I didnt use, wrapped it up and placed on the floor. The bathroom was tiny, but it worked. I had to ask for an iron downstairs because there wasnt any in the room. But overall it was OK for what I came to NY to do.

“Not so great hotel”

Linen were not changed (but after request they quickly were changed), there was no hot water (they said that it was repairing), there was marijuana smell in the bath through vent from other room.

“Only stay if any emergency!!!”

This motel should not be used unless it is your last and only option. It is only for a one night stay or use for 4 hour stay(know what I mean). I stayed 3 nights with a girl friend to visit new york. There is no place to put away any clothes, no place to hang anything. Sheets are not changed, no clean towels unless you call down to request. Would not stay again or recomend

“Simply pathetic!”

Most disgusting, and unlivable, room you can imagine.

“Wayyy too expensive for what it offers”

The lobby of the hotel looked like a movie theater turned into a hotel... and it smelled clean, like soap. Upon checking in, the hotel looked to be alright, but when i took a shower, and saw that there were so many pubic hairs in the towel, I had a fright! The mattresses are covered with a plastic wrap.. a sign of bed bugs, I think. The carpet had stains on it. There were smells of smoke in the rooms as well.

“New York Filth, In More Ways Than One”

Pulling in we notice a huge dumpster full of sheet rock and the 1st fl windows were covered in moisture. Obvious ,it had beed flooded. The place was filthy, I slept on top of the covers with my clothes on. The posters warning about bed bugs was a hint. All thru the night our door kept slamming every time someone opened the door at the stairs. Most of the clientele was renting by the hour and the place stunk of pot. Taking a shower in the morning was an absolute NO, I wouldn't bathe my dog in that bathroom. I have been in NY restoring damage from Sandy for a month now and this is the only place I've stayed in that I can promise you, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO, I would rather sleep in my truck
