Just needed to stop in and nap between flights.

It's ok for what I needed The rooms are a little small and not worth what they charge. It was fine for what I needed. I wasn't very happy about the bug in the tub bit it seemed friendly enough. All in all, I needed a nap and it was fine.

Pros: Cute little restaurant.
Cons: Better shuttle, room maintenance.
Location: Had no time to explore
The hotel got mixed up and claimed they had not received the Expedia reservation. The first room I was given, the A/C did not work. The following morning, there were too many guests for their shuttle to the airport. I had to take a cab.

Pros: The patio was very nice

Location: The location was great that is why I picked this hotel
The hotel room was terrible, it was the size of a shoe box literallyif you spread your arms and turn around you would bang into all the wall at the same time. This is 2014 and there was no flat screen tv and there was not even a remote control the room looked old and the only upgrade was the bathroom but that didnt even have a shelf big enough for you to put a hot curler on . I was extremely disappointed especiallly because I paid pproximately 199.00 a night and my bill came to over 450.00 for the weekend. to stay in a box with an old television and no remote control. I would appreciate a refund because this was a huge waste of my money abd U would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Pros: The staff was very helpful.
Cons: Clean the hotel up.
The lobby, elevators, and overall hotel were out of date and dirty. The air conditioner in the room was broken. The shower was not functioning properly. The area the hotel is located in isn't the best neighborhood.

Convenient to JFK

Pros: Clean, comfortable, friendly
Cons: If the shuttle could go to Jamaica station, it would make getting to Manhattan easier via the Long Island Railroad.
I was picked up at JFK by the courtesy shuttle late at night. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and amenities of the Inn. The bed cover was a feather duvet, and the bed was super comfy. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. Breakfast buffet was much appreciated. There was a pretty garden and gazebo, although I did not have time to enjoy it.

Pros: Bed, and one single reception employee.
Cons: A to Z. Training, courtesy, paint job, new rugs, decent breakfast.
Location: Avoid!! Move in-
The reception desk does not answer the phone- it just rings and rings. That is because they are waiting on the 25 people standing in line. Hotel's 2 redeeming factors are one reception desk employee who was good, and the bed was comfy. Skip breakfast and skip the angry hostess.

Poor trained and argumentative desk lady, personnel in the restaurant wearing street cloth, ice machine removed from the wall. Not to mention they had me over two hours waiting for the room, claiming I did not have a reservation, was this their fault or yours( I mean expedia
