Good location for airport

Pros: Location for airport
Cons: Attitude of staff
Location: No time to try this out but no information in hotel about facilities near by.
We were fortunate to have a room overlooking a green area but the atmosphere overall was somewhat uncomfortable with people hanging around and not sure who they were. But excellent location and airport shuttle worked well. Wi fi very slow.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Replace management and staff.
Location: Couldn't say, it was a one night stay.
Did not get the room that I paid for. The place was dirty, staff unprofessional even obnoxious. Lobby in need of maintenance and sofas stained. Stay away from this place!!

the hotel was nice continental breakfast was great hotel staff was great shuttle service from the airport was an hour late an unapologetic so that left a sour note in my mouth but everything else was wonderful

Convenient to JFK

Pros: Close to JFK,
Cons: The cereals available for breakfast were very old, put fresh cereals out every two weeks or so.
Location: I needed to be at US Fish & Wildlife in Valley Stream, The USDA in Jamaica as well as the airport cargo areas. This was a great location for all that.
The Hotel is Pet Friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast, not great, (they could replace the All Bran Flakes from 1927). We needed to spend a couple of nights and do business close to the airport, this was conveniently located. Not a picturesque neighborhood and probably not safe to wonder around. Looking to eat, drive to the Green Acres Mall area, the Olive Garden was good. I would stay here agin to be close to JFK if I needed to be.

Great place for the price

The room was clean staff was friendly. Beds are a little hard. We missed our connecting flight to Ireland. Just needed a place to stay overnight. It was located close to the airport.

Cons: Do not event try to go there, just avoid it altogether
Firstly, on my way to the hotel I call to check if my room is ready, the receptionist tells me that there is no room for me as I have no reservation with them. I called Expedia to check this and minutes later the same recptionnist calls me to inform me that I do have a room booked with them. Once I get to the hotel room, the waters in the bathroom was runing. I shut it off and reported it to the reception. In the morning when we were ready to leave, I went to the bathroom to take a shower, unfortunately water was hardling flowing, there was litteraly no water coming out. I called the reception several times and each time they promised someone is coming to look at it, noone never showed up. We stayed in the room waiting for help for about 3 hours. We left the hotel at 3 pm without being able to take a shower as noone showed up to fix the problem. When we get to the receptionnist to explain the problem, the receptionnist was rude, in fact very rude and did not show any concern at all. To make the matter worse, when I went to my bak account to check my transaction I found out that the hotel has charged me $202.95 in stead of $117.11

Nice hotel

Cons: The gym The airconditioner in my room very noisy Breakfast to be served earlier on a Saturday
Location: close to the airport
Staff very pleasant and accomadating. I checked out on a Saturday morning, had to take the shuttle at 07:00, was unable to have breafast due to it only been served from 07:00.
