“NYE in NYC!”

Location of this hotel is great! Right next to Grand Central Station so easy access to subway for sights and attractions further afield. Empire State, Rockefeller Center, Times Square and Madison Square Garden all within walking distance. There are a number of bus companies which pick up/drop off @ Grand Central Station for your journey to/from the airport but there is also a taxi rank just outside the hotel. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

“Birthday Trip”

We have just returned from a superb, albeit tiring, 4 nights in New York, with our children aged 12 and 13. I would highly recommend the Hotel, friendly and efficient service and an unbeatable location. The trip was for my wifes 50th Birthday, and on arrival in the room we found Wine and Strawberries, thanks to Ryan, front Office Manager, for this toughtful touch. We found that Scotties Diner, about 5 mins away, was perfect for Breakfast, and at $35 - $40 for 4, great value. We wouldnt hesitate to come back to this Hotel, or recommend to friends.

“Grand!”

“New York Shopping”

Booked a twin bedded room for a shopping week with a girlfriend - the room turned out to be a Grand Club room which entitled us to enter the club area for free snacks and drinks most of the day. The snacks and drinks were almost a meal in themselves and excellent quality. Queen beds and the room was huge. The Hyatt is such a convenient central place to stay. I like staying in different hotels whilst I am in New York but now seem to be stuck on the Hyatt!

“Modern hotel and good location”

Lovely modern hotel, room very comfortable and staff excellent. Only criticism is that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in room, you have to buy from the 'Market' shop, which is very expensive and annoying when you want to have a cuppa when you wake in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

“PLEASED”

IT APPEARED THAT THE ROOMS WERE RECENTLY UPGRADED. THEY WERE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. COMMON AREAS WERE ALWAYS CLEAN. ELEVATORS WERE PROMPT. STAFF FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP AT ALL TIMES.

“Great experience!”

We had such a great time staying at the Hyatt we stayed an extra night. Plenty of helpful friendly staff. Great location next to Grand Central Station , 20 min walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. Will definitely stay there again.
