Cons: Maybe enlarging rooms.
Location: We were close to restaurants, the film venues.
We were in town for the Tribeca film festival, so hotels in SoHo and Tribeca were limited. This hotel was convenient, but somewhat cramped and basic. The staff was great.

Pros: Hotel offers a wonderful hot breakfast free of charge. Close to subway stops and many restaurants.
Staff was courteous and helpful. They offered to store my luggage for me long past checkout for no additional charge. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view. I will go back again when I have another opportunity to stay at the hotel. Morning food excellent and quite hotel also.i will recommend everyone to stay there.the staff was nice. Place also good. The one of the best hotel in Manhattan. I was with my family there for two days and I had a good experience we were at the Greek restaurant which is near the hotel. My friends required the location of this hotel to know where it is

Very busy area, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again b/c of the location its on the block to enter the Holland tunnel it was so hectic for me to drive to a parking garage, let alone get to the hotel. The hotel it self was good, my bf enjoyed the breakfast (I myself am not a morning eater) room/bathroom clean, bed comfy, didn't spend much time in the room. Normal city size room, safe was awesome!

Hotelli on sopivan kokoinen, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Vihtyvyyttä lisää se, että aulasta saa ottaa itse lämmintä juotavaa; teetä, kahvia ja kaakaota milloin vain.Aamupalan sisältö on varma merkki, että ollaan Amerikassa! Hauskaa, että voi itse paistaa vohveleita. Hotellin sijainti on ihana, aivan Sohon pikkukatujen, Little Italyn, Greenwich villagen äärellä.

Pros: Location, staff, breakfast
Cons: Clean the carpet better in the room.
Location: It is within walking distance of Little Italy and Chinatown, as well as downtown Manhattan. If you like to eat, sightsee, or shop, this is the area.
The staff at check in was very helpful and provided clear directions to the parking area. I requested an early check in and they were ready for me when I got there. The only knock on the hotel was the carpet in our room had several stains on it which appeared to be older. Other than that, very clean hotel and great service.

Cons: Getting a bit tired and furniture a bit dated.
Location: Good location in downtown area. Lots of good restaurants.
Good location close to subways in downtown Manhattan. Staff very friendly and helpful particularly the breakfast staff. Breakfast was good and varied. Comfy beds meant a restful night after pounding the streets of NYC.

Hotel front desk was a complete nightmare... You couldn't ask a question without receiving a rude response... At check in there was a very rude guy that didnt even know what he was doing... He asked for a card to keep un file... After passing 2 of our debit cards he rudely told us he needed a card with money.. Because the ones we have him where not working... They ended up charging the room to two cards... He did what he wanted even when we clearly told him the card in which we wanted the charge to be made... Never going back yo this hotel... The best thing was the staff from the breakfast room and the manager which we got to see not very often ....
