“Great service. Great staff. Clean.”
Freddy Torres was the best! He give the best subway training. We knew exactly what to do after his help. He was informative. Friendly. All staff was great. Room clean. Location? If ur interested in the Brooklyn bridge it's great. No late nite locations near this hotel. Subway station not to close but not far enuf not to walk to it. Good for the price. Midtown is the best location in my opinion but we made the seaport locale work.
“Was perfect location right beside the brooklyn bridge!”
This hotel was perfect! We unloaded our bags and parked in the garage down the street (which gave you $20 off our 24 hour parking price of $40 with a stamp from the hotel!) and very safe. The customer service was the best and we were able to walk to Chinatown, pier 17 (great shops) and the staten island ferry launch. Also has 24 hour pizza and sandwich menu and that was surprisingly good quality! The free continental breakfast was fresh and even make your own waffles! Can not wait to go back!!!
“This hotel is not recommended at all.”
poor services, very slow internet and poor cleanliness to the rooms.
“Great value”
The location is not ideal but it is not bad either. Next to Seaport pier 17, but far from Times Square. Not a big deal in a city where you can go anywhere by subway. The only drawback is that you have to walk a little to the subway station, but after having enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it was nice to burn some calories!
“Will definitely return!”
Great location, VERY friendly staff, nice courtesy breakfast, and economical. Will return!
“Adequate Hotel, Great Service”
Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was smaller that we expected -- the king size bed pretty much filled the room. But other than that, it was a good place to stay. It's just a few blocks from the Seaport area which was fun to explore. The service was excellent -- from the check-in clerk, to the staff taking care of breakfast .... even the cleaning staff we met in the hall were friendly and courteous.
“Very reasonable, excellent for the short business stay in New Your”
I had one night stay in the business district of Manhattan and was very impressed how clean, and welcoming is this hotel.
“Great place to stay for a short visit to New York City”
We just stayed one night but it was perfect for us. Small room but it had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just right although we had to wait a few minutes to get a seat. Need to walk a little to get to the nearest subway station but a bus stops right in front of the hotel.
“Great Hotel for the money... Can't wait to go Back....”
The hotel was a great. We had no problems, everything went smooth. The location was awesome, walking distance to Chinatown, Little Italy, WTC. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you....
“great hotel, near seaport and financial center”
this hotel is perfect if you are visiting the seaport , financial district, or just anywhere downtown. the rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. the bathrooms are spacious enough, very clean and updated. Buffet breakfast was included and if you did not have time, they offered a free bagged breakfast at the front desk. All employees were extremely accomodating-printing out boarding passes and suggesting great places to eat. I would absolutely stay here again.
