Very Limited Facilities

The only food and drink available in the hotel comes from vending machines in the form of mainly chocolate bars and potato chips and sodas (if you don't include the free coffee in the lobby). No bar. No restaurant. Very disappointing in an airport hotel. Please take note that at the shuttle bus pick-up point at the airport, all airport hotels are displayed on a board and there is direct telephone access to the hotel in question - except Hampton Inn. You just have to stand outside and hope that the hotel bus eventually shows up.

Convenient for early morning airport departures!

Pros: good price, good lobby coffee, good transport to and from airport.
Cons: Heat/cool controls. TV channel choices.
The Bed is lovely, and the bath facilities are top drawer. But the TV Channel choices are terrible - we could get no national NBC, CBS, ABC news. Also, the heat control was baffling. There seemed no relationship between the wall control unit and the heating unit. So it was either ON and running all the time, or OFF even when needed. They need to address these issues.

No courtsey I was travelling from India to Rochester NY . Since could not find any flight in the night , decided to book hotel for the night. I had three big luggage which I need to keep in locker . No body offered help to bring them to storage . Wrong card for 417 room number issued . Had to come back to change the keys.

Nice Place, Bad Shuttle

Pros: Rooms were very comfortable.
Cons: Shuttle service
Location: Didn't get a chance to check the neighborhood out, but didn't see anything near by.
Hotel is great. The shuttle is slow. Hotel is only a couple of miles away, but waiting time could be up to an hour to catch the shuttle. Breakfast was good and never ran out of food.

The greatest stay

Location: Not a lot nearby a cab ride away to many attractions
We stayed for 2 nights per cruise then 2 days post cruise the staff remembered us and even though check in was after 2 there was no issues getting a room at 10am on our return We also needed some urgent papers sent via fax from australian and returned urgently and Brian the receptionist could not have been more helpful overall a great stay in a every very pleasant hotel
