Excellent Option for Times Square areaPosted Apr 19, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, quality and size of room, free breakfast
Cons: Pillows could be higher quality and it would nice if the room had a small refrigerator with so many good food options nearby.
Location: Times Square, numerous theater options, walking distance to 5th Ave shopping, subway access close by.
Great location close to Times Square, but not too close. Easy walking distance to theaters and subway stations. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Provided breakfast was always crowded but good quality with plenty of options. Room was a good size, but a refrigerator would have been nice. Bathroom was fine - nothing fancy but totally sufficient. Staff was fantastic - friendly and ready to help at any time. We feel this hotel is quite a bargain and would gladly stay there again and again. Very impressed!

Comfort hotel and good servicePosted Apr 17, 2015
Room with two queen beds is really nice and clean. Complimentary buffee breakfast is really good with a variety of foods. Baggage store service is free. The hotel is closed to Time Squre, Penn station. And there is a very popular restaurant nearby, especially for a breakfast.

Amazing staffPosted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: Located close to almost everything, right in the Theatre District.
Cons: Hotel is showing it's age, but still a great place to stay.
Can't think of a recent hotel stay where the staff were so friendly and helpful, and very knowledgable about the City.

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: I liked the service and the rooms are very comfortable. They even provide Neutrogena products for you in the bathroom. Very nice.
Cons: Perhaps a bigger breakfast area with more stations spread out so that you can get what you want without having to wait in line.
Location: It's a great place to be. Very near Broadway and within walking distance of Central Park and Times Square and there's shopping around the area too.
The plaque on the front desk states 100% satisfaction guaranteed and the staff make every effort to live up to it. The room was great and requests for a mini bar fridge was answered promptly within 5 minutes. That's how good service was. Breakfast was crowded though with long queues although a good spread was provided. That was the only thing that made the experience less than a "5".

Nice hotel but it's a Hampton Inn not a Marriott.Posted Apr 12, 2015
The clientele you have staying here will be younger and louder than more expensive hotels. Lots of hall noise and door slamming. The breakfast is fine but the line stretched into the lobby. The employees were great and made the experience good. Great location but remember, it's a Hampton Inn.

Great Family HotelPosted Apr 9, 2015
We stayed at the Hampton Inn from 3rd April - 8th April for our Easter family break. The hotel is Just round the corner from Times Square and within minutes you are in the heart of the City. The staff are so friendly and willing to help with anything you request. The breakfast is great, I would advise getting down before 07:30 as it does get very busy. The rooms are cleaned daily too! If I had to say anything negative is the windows viewing down on 8th Avenue really do need cleaning on the outside. That's just me being very picky. I would recommend staying here and would defiantly return again.
