Good Value.Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Staff was excellent for assisting. Check in is firmly at 3 p.m. When we arrived the street was closed down. A discounted parking lot is down the st
Cons: Discount parking 1 1/2 blocks east on north side validates with the hotel. $66 for three days.
Enjoyed the expedia discount on a 2 queen bed room. It's small but doable and in pretty good shape. Staff was beyond helpful and with kids the breakfast was a good deal (kids ate free)

The staff at this hotel was great, extremely friendly and accommodating! Room was rather small and the view wasn't what we expected, but an overall good stay.

Ok hotel. Good location. Depends what you payPosted Feb 3, 2015
1. Hotel staff did not knock and walked right in to my room while I was changing. He apologized profusely. 2. Room smelled like cigarettes with strong air fresheners to cover the smells. 3. Staff refused to give me late check-out beyond 12:30pm. She said "you have 15 minutes to vacate your room", which I found less than professional for a Hilton GI property. 4. Great, central location.

Great stayPosted Feb 2, 2015
Booked this hotel because it's super close to Madison Square Garden and had a long weekend of work living too far to come home. The room was really clean and comfortable and even came with a mini fridge and microwave. I will definitely stay here again.

Snow Storm ShelterPosted Jan 30, 2015
Pros: Great price and short walk from Penn Station.
I arrived late in Penn Station, and found myself trapped in Manhattan due to public transportation shutdown. I made my reservation through Expedia in the lobby, and checked in immediately. I thought the staff had an excellent opportunity to go above and beyond for customer service the following day, but didn't seize the opportunity. The majority of the city was shut down due to snow. The hotel restaurant closed for breakfast at normal hours (10:00), and I arrived at 10:10. They remained open to feed employees, with food on the buffet. Fortunately I only had to walk down the block and around the corner to find an open deli (far less expensive).

Good locationPosted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: Good location. Comfy beds.
Cons: Safety deposit boxes are located in the reception area, better in rooms. No internet connection in our room had to go to lobby to use.
Location: Near Empire State Building, Macy's and Fifth Avenue shops.Close to subway so easy to get around
Good location, five minutes walk from Penn Station which serves Newark airport. Hotel is good standard with tea and coffee available in the lobby. Only two lifts so at busy times there can be a wait. Although located in a busy street with work going on outside the rooms were not too noisy. Could n't get the coffee machine to work in the room.
