Bra hotell sentralt i Chelsea

Posted May 20, 2015
Pros: Beliggenhet og bygningsmessig standard samt meget god service.
Cons: Ligger i en meget "rotete" gate, med mye trafikk og mye støy. Renoveringsarbeid i umiddelbar nærhet. Mindre pene omgivelser.
Location: Hotellet ligger sentralt i Chelsea, med kor avstand til bl.a. Madison Square Garden og Empire State Building.

Great location...super girls weekend getaway!

Posted May 18, 2015
Pros: The location was great and so convenient to the subway. The neighborhood was safe and we loved the fresh floral scent in the air! Staff was great!
Cons: Housekeeping was not as attentive as they could be. They made the beds and cleaned well, but they didn't replace the soap or toilet paper on 2 days.
Location: Cute rooftop bar at the hotel next door. Loved the breakfast at the Greek diner at the corner of 7th and 28th, we went there everyday!
The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and attentive. The location of the hotel was phenomenal. We were centrally located in the city and close to two different subway stops. Having the floral wholesalers in the neighborhood made the walks outdoors refreshing. The neighborhood was safe and there were great restaurants and bars close by. The hotel rooms were perfect for our girl's get away weekend, with three to a room. However, I think it would be a bit cramped for a family of four.

well trained staff and good central location in NY

Posted May 13, 2015
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Room Noisey because of adjasent AC unit on roof of enterence
Location: Very central in NY Empire state , times square shops etc,, are there to enjoy.
apart from room 201 being noisy because of an adjasent big A/C unit on roof of entrence , the hotel is generally good centrally located and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaner seems to know how toclean. I did not use resturant or laundry service.

Pros: I liked the great location and the friendly and professional staff.
Cons: It's just a thing with me, but I like actual drinking glasses rather than paper cups in the room.
Location: The hotel is in midtown/Chelsea, close to times square, theater district, and the Empire State Building.
This is a comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced hotel in midtown Manhattan. The location in the wholesale flower district is nice, in the spring every morning when you walk out the sidewalks are lined with flowers and plants of all descriptions.

Great hotel for a long weekend stay

Posted Apr 8, 2015
Location: Within walking distance: McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, lots of small food markets, drug stores and a lot more
PROS: Friendly doormen/valet team, excellent housekeeping, quiet room (for downtown NY location anyway), pretty and small lobby with free coffee and tea CONS: Horrible WIFI - but it's free, front desk service is not consistenly friendly, elevator slow or too busy (could take a few minutes before you get an elevator and could take a few full elevators to pass before you could get on during rush times)

Make sure you don't show up at the wrong hotel

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Quiet room
Location: Great location, the block is filled with flower/plant vendors which made it all the more garden like.
There are 5 Hilton Garden Inns in Manhattan. Two of which are in close proximity. Accidentally went to the wrong one and I was told at the front desk they couldn't look up my information to see which location I had booked a room at. My phone had died, so I couldn't look up my confirmation myself! It seems ridiculous they couldn't help.

Nice hotel construction nearby

Posted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: Clean small room, had kerug, fridge.
Location: Lots of construction, far from Times Square.
Friendly staff: Arrived before 3:00pm check-in, hotel front desk offered to watch our luggage and call our cell when room was available. They called 4 hrs before the 3:00pm check-in which was very nice. Nice friendly bartender and front desk.
