“Excellent experience; perfect for Times Square and Broadway”

The hotel is perfectly located for Broadway and Times Square. Service was excellent; the staff is well-trained in courtesy and professionalism. The room was perfect. Small frig and microwave, coffee fixings. Beautiful large photos of NYC throughout the hotel and its rooms. Have stayed at a few other local hotels; this was our favorite.

“Fantastic Deal”

I have nothing but superlatives for this hotel for the price. It was less than half the convention rate for the hotel (2 blocks away) that my meeting was at, in a room that was just as nice, with service that was far better, and included free internet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Hotel is one block from Times Square in the heart of the Theatre District. Rooms have coffee maker, fridge and microwave and there is a Food Emporium next door. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff. Room has flat screen HD TV. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

Hotel located on 8th Ave. between 48th and 49th St. Times Sq subway at 42nd St. Food Emporium next door. Hotel clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Small hotel gift shop open 24/7. Will stay there again.

“New york New york the city that never sleeps literally.”

Loved New York the people were very helpful. Travelling on buses and trains was easy. If your travelling to the statue of liberty take note the stattern Island ferry is free and passes close enough the the statue to get good photos. Locations to visit are central park, go and see gary at the john lennon mosaic memorial who can tell you anything you want to know about john lennon. He informed us if you look up at the dakota building you can see the room with white curtains which is the white room with the piano that john wrote imagine on. Broadway tickets half price line up about lunch time in times square. Fabulous hot dogs in times square at the roxy.

“What a fantastic hotel !!”

I couldn't fault this hotel at all and would definately recommend it to all. Centrally located, just 5 mins away from times square it was extremely clean and well kept. Our room was lovely and very spacious with a very comfortable and very spacious kingsize bed. The linen was crisp and just like new. My request for a room on the higher floor was met with a great front view. I was a little worried about noise intially especailly with a fire station being one block away but to be honest after a full day of being out and about sight seeing, we were too tired to notice anything. The nutrogena toiletries were also nice to use and were replaced daily. The concerige lady was very helpful and you could book various tickets from the hotel, even broadway shows. However we got half price Mama Mia tickets from the discount booth in times square costing 65 dollars each for excellent seats, regular price being 110 doll. You do need to que for approx 1-2 hours though but worth it in the end. We had a lovely first visit to New York and cannot wait to return and will defineatly stay at this hotel again. Only bad side was the weather as it rained very heavily for 2-3days of our weeks visit and was cold and windy in general. So go prepared and take a coat and brolly if going in March . Also go when the exchange rate is better as it can work out to be pretty expensive otherwise as I found out. I cannot wait to return to New York, it was a FANTASTIC holiday with brillant accomadation

“Great hotel would go back”

This was a great hotel. Great location close to everything. We were on the 4th Floor I would suggest a higher floor if possible. Restaurant in hotel was OK a little expensive, lots of restaurants around area. Definitely do the hop on hop off bus best way to see all of New York City.

“We Shall Return”

We arrived nearly two hours before the 3:00 pm check-in and thought we would wait in the lobby. Instead, the staff put a rush on our room and we were in before 2:00 pm. The room was nice, clean and a comfortable size for the three of us. The location was perfect since our planned activities were in Hell's Kitchen and the theatre district. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Our experience was perfect and we won't even consider staying anywhere else on our next trip to NYC.
