Hotel in posizione centrale e servizi a due passi

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Essenzialmente la posizione
Cons: Dovrebbero cambiare il materasso della stanza
Location: Dall'hotel si raggiungono a piedi Flatiron Building in 10 min, Empire State Building e Madison Square Garden in 15. A 5 min farmacia, supermercato...

Great location for all the sights

Posted Jul 18, 2015
This hotel is in a great location between all the various places we wanted to go, from Central Park to Ellis Island. The reception staff upon check-in were great, friendly and efficient. We were staying 3 nights and were checking out on our 2nd wedding anniversary. Room was perfect, and the shower is superb! We had booked room only and found a brilliant diner a few minutes away on 23rd St called 'Malibu Diner' which we'd highly recommend for both breakfast and dinner. On last night when we got back to the hotel they had very kindly left us a bottle of wine for our anniversary! Huge thumbs up!

Nice hotel for the price.

Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Super clean, great beds, nice updated bathrooms
Cons: cant improve on the size of the rooms, it is what it is.
Location: Near Empire state building, FIT, Hells kitchen, greenwich village, Time Square is 20 min walk but better yet do the same walk south to SOHO
Stayed here for a long weekend with my brother and his wife and my kids. The hotel was clean and had great beds but the rooms were much smaller than pictured. It was very difficult managing to get into the bathroom when the bathroom door was behind the room door. Also the only other mirror was on the back of the bathroom door. Two women cannot get dressed at the same time in that room. No space on vanity, or anywhere else to put toiletries. not enough drawers, just very very small space. The room was also very dark as we looked right out onto a brick wall. Rooftop bar was apparently very cool with great views of Empire State Building, but, I couldn't go because my daughter was not old enough to even go up to experience the view or take pictures...... just take pictures ????. nope had to be 21 to go to rooftop. (And it was a deciding factor on staying there as we assumed we could visit the rooftop) very small busy lobby. Staff were super nice tho' and hotel was really clean so big plus and price was awesome. nice location as it was central to most things, lots of small delis close that the locals use, and have great food at reasonable prices. Time Square is very close but its better to go downtown to SOHO and the village for great food and the 'real' New York. Or, across to Brooklyn and loads of cool restaurants and things to do there. I would use this hotel again even tho I was a little disappointed because it was a good nights sleep.

Very updated modern hotel.

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: The hotel is clean and sleek. I enjoyed the accommodations, very comfortable beds, nice large bathrooms, roof top deck to enjoy the outside.
Cons: I would like a refrigerator in the rooms.
Location: Location is great. You can easily get uptown and downtown. Subway is one block away. Times Square is a nice stretch of the legs.
I had some difficulty getting to New York when the United Airlines computer system shut down airfreight for their airlines across the country. I finally got out very late and was concerned I'd lose me reservation. I called in and desk manager Marian was gracious and understanding and confirmed my room for the night. Then I asked for a late check out because I wanted to stay in New York city a little bit longer. They were very accommodating. The rooms are a bit small, as are all rooms in New York, but I also was disappointed that there wasn't a small refrigerator because I always pick up a few bottles of water on my own and there wasn't a place to keep them cold. Bummer. Overall I really enjoyed the location, ammenities, and hotel staff. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.
