Nice clean hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable.indoor pool was closed in the middle of April.parking was $18 extra.Breakfast was very expensive.

I was very happy to find the room of this Hilton is very comfortable after a false choice of hotel in LA (not Hilton) and especially after a long and exhausting flight. The taxi service of this hotel is very convenient and will take you to anywhere in NY.

Indoor pool closed without notice.

I chose this hotel for its indoor pool. Upon arrival I was informed the pool was closed for at least the next few weeks for maintenance. Because I booked in advance on Expedia I was unable to cancel my reservation or get a refund. My kids were heartbroken as we had gone out to buy swimming suits in advance of this trip and planned to spend the majority of our stay in the pool. The front desk did their best to help us but their hands were tied since we booked in advance on Expedia. Lesson learned, if I'm counting on a pool I'm just going to have to book directly through the hotel so that I can cancel my reservation without losing hundreds of dollars. Bummer.

Great But

Pros: Free Shuttle from airport
Cons: Bath tub stopper
Location: rest on a long layover
Everything was great except....... this is the second time I have stayed in the same room. I love to take a bath after a long flight. Both times the bath tub stopper is either absent or broken and I have to call down for a replacement ?? Any way, everything else is lovely !

Close to airport

We arrived with huge luggage with my wife and new born baby. When I asked for some help to offload luggage they gave me the whole cart to pull my self. Then in room no drinking water we asked the lady said come down at counter to get it.

Good hotel close to JFK

Very close to JFK airport . Complementary shuttle to the airport. Good way to beak up a long haul international trip. Only drawback was the super loud blower on the heating system that would cycle on and off and disrupt your sleep ( I am usually not bothered by such things so it must be bad ) .

My room on the 12th floor is terrible, too noisy to get sleep!! And the price is high, how does it worth?

Hotel staffs are friendly. Location is convenient. But the facility itself shall not bear Hilton's name. Everything in the room is pretty worn out. No bathtub. Water doesn't drain well in the sink or the shower room. Motel quality, hilton price.
