“Great Location”

Location is really great. The hotel is just one block from MOMA and two blocks from Rockefeller Center. There are some really nice restaurants nearby including the Russian Tea Room. The hotel does lack a cafe or family dining room for unwinding at the end of the day. The lobby needs to be upgraded so it it is not so cold and unwelcoming. It is set up for business and it is not cozy.They need some chairs or benches in the lobby for meeting and greeting. The staff and concierges are all really nice and friendly. Also, they need to put coffee makers back into the rooms. Not everyone wants to go to Starbucks every morning for coffee. But the best thing about this hotel is the location and the staff.

“Really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton!”

This is an impressive hotel! The staff was friendly and super helpful. Being as this was my first visit to NYC, I was constantly asking the staff questions. They were always more than willing to help me. The room was very clean; however, the bathroom was quite small - very limited counter space. The thermastat in the room seemed to be off a little. It was either too hot or too cold - couldn't seem to get it just right. The view from the room was amazing! This hotel is in a great location - close enough to walk to Times Square/Broadway and Central Park but far enough out of the way of the biggest part of the hustle and bustle. I had a great experience at the Hilton NY!

“We Love New York!”

Great location and close to many major attractions. The room was very clean, updated, and a nice size for a New York hotel. We stayed on the 8th floor. The view was not great, but we didn't go to look out the window. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our family used the subway for most of the stay because the hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the attractions we wanted to see in other areas. Make sure you visit the deli in the area, great way to save on food cost! We will use this hotel again!

“The Happiest New Years at the Hilton!”

We really had no idea where to stay during our trip in New York for New Years Eve. Uptown? Midtown? Who knew? We decided on the Hilton Midtown as we know that Hilton Hotels are a safe bet and it was also located in midtown. Well, this wasn't just a safe bet, we couldn't have asked for a better location. It wasn't until we arrived that we realized that we had picked the very best hotel for our needs. The hotel is just a short walk to the theatre district, Times Square, Madison Avenue shopping, Central Park and Rockefeller Center, to name a few! We took full advantage of the Concierge desk! We had several dinner and show reservations effortlessly made. One of the reasons we took this trip was for my daughter to go to Times Square for New Years Eve. The Concierge staff made her dreams come true. They found the right restaurant for us so that we could enjoy the celebration right under the ball. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was also clean and spacious. My daughter and I shared a king sized bed and it was really comfy. The hotel staff was helpful with our needs - no matter what it was, they made sure we had it right away. There was no shortage of staff and we also felt that the security was very good. We were extremely happy with the Hilton New York and are making plans to stay there again.

“Great location and service”

Visited NYC for New Year 2012. Hotel has a great location and just a few blocks from great shopping, museums and entertainment. Would go back to the Hilton on my next visit to the city.

“Perfect hotel for a weekend in NYC”

Everything was perfect! Gave us an early check-in and beautiful, comfortable newly renovated room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location. We couldn't have stayed at a better place.

“Highly Recommended!”

A very comfortable, clean hotel in a really great location. Walking distance from Times Square, shops and restaurants but not close enough to be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed.
