hotel is properly maintained- lobby is nice, bed and beddings are comfortable, clean. everybody is very nice. I can give an excellent mark on this hotel except that they forgot our wake up call on the day of our departure. Breakfast is okay. No restaurants around and just settle with expensive room service. Don't take the taxi going to NY City - it is so expensive. Can recommend this hotel to other travellers. I am impressed with hotel employees - honest, polite, helpful. I left my diamond ring somewhere in the room. I thought that I lost it already and did not even expect that I will find it...The night I came back - I am impressed and thankful to the cleaning crew - they found my ring and placed it on top of the table.. thanks! expedia - pls extend my gratitude to those people who clean the room and found my ring.

“A Nice Place To Stay!”

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really nice. It would have been nice to know that the internet access was an additional 10.00 for a 24 hr period. Then as I was leaving learned that there was free wireless in the lobby if you wanted to sit on the floor. (Many people do it that way). I truly enjoyed my trip to NYC and had a wondeful time. I hope I get to go back some day.
