“Can't Wait to go back again”

Clean and confortable room. As a lady who went alone I felt very secure at this Hotel. Next time am bringing my husband to see the sights with me.

Everybody was so friendly at this hotel and we were right in Time Square. We could view the Empire State Building from our room. Can't wait to come to this great city and visit again.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable!

“What a view!”

It was right on time square so it was very convenient. The view was fabulous and although it was right on the square, it was very quiet. The front desk also gave us an upgrade when we checked in which was very nice. The concierge was also very helpful giving us tips on dining and sightseeing. We had a great time!

“Great Hotel, Close to Shows and Attractions”

Stayed here for 3 days to see Spiderman and do some sightseeing with my 8 yr old son. The hotel was close to many transportation options including port authority (buses, we took the bus to NYC), subway (took the subway to Statue of Liberty), local buses; and walking distance to many great restaurants, theaters (Spiderman is across the street) and times square. It's a longer walk, but doable if you want to go to the Empire State building, Rockefeller Plaza, or Intrepid Air Space Museum. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was big (for NYC, standard elsewhere) , clean, quiet, modern, and the AC worked well (it was in the 90s!). Concierge was helpful in recommending places and getiing us there. I'd stay here again and recommend this hotel.

“Low Key Luxury”

Very friendly and helpful service staff and an excellent hotel - as long as you can find it! The front entrance of the hotel is very low key; it's in the center of it all - between 7th and 8th Ave, on 42nd St, you can barely see its double glass doors from a moving cab squeezing its way through traffic. When I got into the room, I found a keycard and a stocking under the desk. Other than that, my stay was perfect.

“Great place to stay”

This hotel was excellent for location - Times Square on your doorstep. You could book slighly cheaper hotels but if you want space, a haven of peace in the middle of the buzz of New York this is your place. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. No outside noise at all and a river view from the window ( most rooms as far as I know)Nothing we could find fault with at all.

“Friendliest Staff I've seen in years.”

The Bellmen could not do enough to help us find good dining and places of interest. We neevr had the feeling of being rushed at all.

“Magical Trip - and not to Disney World”

Everyone on staff that we had contact with were more than willing to go the extra mile for us. The Concierge gave my son the best Christmas present ever - she got two tickets for him and me for "Lion King." This trip was a magical one for us. I've never left NYC wanting to return until this trip. I think staying where we did made the difference!
