Way too busy

Posted Sep 10, 2014
Bar closes at the city that never sleeps. Waited over an hour for over priced room service. Staff was nice though. Got scammed when ordering a cab. Said they would order a big cab for $52 and in the last minute said they couldn't get one for that and charged us $100

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff, room condition, convenient location
Cons: Free wifi should be included with every room
Location: In the middle of Times Square - theatres, shopping, restaurants . . . anything you want is right there!
I've been staying at this hotel for many years. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and updated. The beds are very comfortable, which is exactly what is needed after a busy day in the City. Just a few steps from the Times Square subway station means you can go anywhere, anytime. This hotel is a sure thing!

In the middle of the Times Square.

Pros: It was ok for a Hilton Property
Cons: N/A
Location: The Theatre was right there along with restaurants such as "Juniors." Excellent food!!
If you are looking for alot of traffic or people watching than this is the place to be. It was fine for the first 3 days but it became a hassle on day 4 & 5.

excellent location

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: wonderful view from 38th floor. very comfortable beds.
Cons: easiness from lobby to all floor levels/entrance
Location: right in the heart of times square, vendors and stalls blocking entry sometimes
perfect setting for type of vacation but would try another hotel before returning. room was dusty and floors weren't mopped/hovered all week. old towels were refolded instead of being replaced. cleaning staff attempted entry to room very early in the mornings.

in the heart of NY...

Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: smiling service staff, central to all great sights in NY and in Times Square!
Cons: in this modern world, please give wi-fi for all rooms.
Location: Appleby for breakfast, Ripley's and Madam Tussaud's are next door, a great steak house at the back alley, live BB King jazz blues restaurant. cool!
good, clean, no fuss and a great service. the only issue was we had to pay extra for the wi-fi.
