Pros: close to everything, convenient, last minute discount price was the savier for me.
right next to Port Authority Bus Terminal, very close to subway station - the one most convenient to the major attranctions and shopping, many different types of resturants. staff efficient, price very reasonable, wireless works,

It was OKPosted Jul 21, 2014
The bathroom smelled like mildew and it was evident it was from the shower curtain. Yuk. Also, only one waste can was in the room and when we asked for another, they never did bring it. The hotel is in Time Square, yes but it is not smack dab in the middle so location was just OK. But the staff was very helpful and directed us to some great restaurants.

Excellent hotel just a block from Times SquarePosted Jul 16, 2014
Hotel room was immaculate and recently renovated. All staff was friendly and helpful. We've stayed in most of the large Times Square hotels and would rank the Hilton the best.

Kids first trip to NYCPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the Hotel itself is in the perfect spot for visiting Times Square .
Cons: Give your guests a free breakfast , its not like your serving gourmet food . There is no breakfast in the world worth $25.00 a plate for a child .
Location: Everything is very close , Times Square and all the stores and the subway . Its in the perfect location .
I would recommend this Hotel but I would also say that its crazy that you pay $350.00 a night for the room and then $50.00 a day for Parking and then they want you to pay almost $25.00 a head for breakfast which we didn't realize and our breakfast bill was $89.00 and I only ate a yogurt and the kids only ate about $10.00 worth of food , I was a little annoyed at that but I should have known better since I always stay at Hilton Hotels .

Perfect locationPosted Jul 11, 2014
Third time in NYC and this location is the best. Close to nighttime action (Times Square and theatre). Especially wonderful being next to two main subway stations to go anywhere you want and come back straight to your hotel.
