Shuttle goes to JFK only once an hour. The windows do a good job of keeping out the highway noise. Breakfast was barely adequate.

Not so close to JFKPosted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: The night-time food options should be better.
Location: Not as close to JFK as promised. Couldn't even go for a walk.
The hotel was a 15 minute cab ride for JFK a arrivals in a dirty industrial area. I arrived at about 10pm, but no 'real food' available either at hotel or nearby. The room smelled musty, but at least I could open my window - to traffic noise and smells. Breakfast was OK.

Close and convenient to JFK.Posted Sep 28, 2014
Pros: Easy location. No stress to get to the airport in time for an early flight.
Location: Nothing to do in the immediate surrounding area. Location very good for travelers.
The hotel was conveniently close to JFK airport. The shuttle bus dropped me at the the desired terminal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was, luckily, at the end of the passage, 425, otherwise the constant movement of people arriving late and leaving early could be very disruptive. I took a cab into Manhattan and even though the traffic was very busy it was not inconvenient. I would stay here again.

Decent hotel at JFK at a good price.Posted Sep 27, 2014
This is a perfect hotel for a quick stay at JFK. It is clean, friendly and the price is pretty good. The breakfast is quite basic and there is no restaurant so bring your own food or order take out. The reception kindly provided me with local take away menus. There is a 24 hour shuttle service to JFK and reception is happy to book taxis as necessary. Overall an excellent place to stay if you are passing through JFK and are looking for clean, basic accommodation without frills.

Issues with late check-inPosted Sep 24, 2014
We arrived with a pre-paid booking (guaranteed for late arrival) just past midnight, but there was some confusion as to whether they had the two rooms we'd booked available. They had to send someone to go and look, and then they appeared to go MIA. Took us about 45 mins to get checked in, which wasn't really acceptable given how tired we were. On the upside the room was clean and fairly quiet.

Decent hotel, but impossible to findPosted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Clean & well furnished
The room itself was decent, and was lower priced than others in the area. However, it was almost a nightmare trying to find it. The hotel's directions were poor, and I eventually had to stop and ask someone. Unless you're good at navigating mazes, you might look elsewhere. One other thing: when I tried to phone the hotel for directions, there was no answer!!
