Very clean place staff are all excellent people, very relaxed atmosphere… all amenities were clean and very functional this is one of my definitely recommended places to stay very centrally located.

Stayed here with my family during school vacation. Location afforded quick access to mid-town attractions, notably museums, Times Square, Korea-town, Rockefeller Center (Empire State Building) and Central Park, among others. We walked quite a bit, but subway stations are also close by. Our room (2 queen beds) was quite small, lacked a refrigerator, and had a weak AC, but was clean and otherwise suitable for our needs. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of items and was plentiful. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs and questions. The informal smoking area in front of the hotel was a bit of an annoyance, but I would rather have guests smoking outside than in their rooms.

The hotel is located centrally and is a good starting position to visit popular places in mid town, or to catch the subway. The room was clean and functional, with a comfy bed. Staff on the desk were courteous and helpful. The breakfast is great to start the day with the staff being super friendly! Only real areas of negativity would be the noise at night. We were on floor 11, couldn’t hear anything from adjoining rooms, but the street noise is pretty loud. Overall I feel the value fir money and quality was great and, unless you have a big budget, would recommend staying there.

Although the building was a bit dated, the staff certainly made up for that, always friendly and informative. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Though the property is a little outdated, few cosmetic improvements needed, we had a great time here. Very friendly staff interactions all the time, free water bottles and great selections for breakfast. Ideally located and within walking distance to many attractions.

Such a good stay over three nights. We could hear neighbours coming in HARD at 11:45pm when we were getting ready for our flight the next morning but it’s a hotel so w/e but great staff/breakfast

For the price this place was perfect. Quite basic in appearance with no frills but was clean. The street it was on was fairly quiet and had some great little bars to visit on your doorstep and was close to a Subway for getting around. The breakfast staff were all lovely and desk staff helpful.

We had a great time. Customer service was amazing, specially the front desk customer service Sukie. The breakfast was excellent and with tons of options. The rooms are good, minor things that could use a renovation but over all good. We had an excellent experience and would definitely go back. Also great location close to everything.

In the room in the bathroom area, the water came out everywhere and when you got out of the shower the whole bathroom was wet every day we had to leave the towels on the floor
