“Great Hotel!”

The hotel was wonderful, as was the staff. Our trip started off kind of rough, but upon checking into the hotel, the staff were so friendly and really made our day turn around and set the mood for the rest of the trip. They greeted us in the morning and were always helpful in anything we needed. I will definitely be staying here again. Also, if you are visiting NYC, there is a shuttle that is conveniently located near the hotel and is reasonably priced, which makes travel back and forth to the city easy.

“Great place to rest your head & feet”

As 2 mature women on a Chritmas shopping mission, we found this such a great place. Staff amazing,knew all best shopping places, and local eateries.One night the receptionist dropped us to retaurant due to snow. They will hold luggage if you have late flights. Breakfast not great but substantial.Rooms clean,towels changed daily, would reccomend. $10 round trip on shuttle. Time table at shop. Supplied weather forecast for next 5 days at check in. Brilliant for price.

Hotel was good, clean and very comfortable. They do have shuttle service to Time Sq in the morning and as well as in the evening. Only problem (hmm not sure thats the correct word here) is that hotel administrations doesnt told you have you have to book the shuttle in advance. Due to this we missed on shuttle and we had to wait for next shuttle after one hour. I think they should tell everybody (who want to use shuttle) that you have to book shuttle in advance. Anyway its not compulsary to book the shuttle but if you make reservation in advance then they will wait for you for sometime.

“Good location, clean, free breakfast”

This was a bargain compared to NYC hotels - both in comfort and cleanliness. Granite dresser top and 42" HD LCD in the room. The free breakfast was great and much more than typical "free" breakfasts. Staff was friendly. If you drive into NYC, it is best to pick an all day parking garage before 10am and plan on staying in the city all day. This is the cheapest way to go unless there are only a few travelers, in which case you can take the hotel transport. We had 9 people, so paying for NYC parking was a better deal. Had a few drinks at the "Nile" restaurant beside the hotel. Found out when the bill came that drinks were $10 each! Stay away from there if possible. NYC cheap eats: Dinner @ Dallas BBQ on 42nd street near Times Square. Very cheap and very good. Get there a little early (before 5:30) to beat the long lines after 6 p.m. Would stay here again. Very good value.

“A pleasant surprise”

After reading several negative reviews of this hotel, I was a little worried about staying here, but I was in for quite a surprise. The hotel was quite cozy and the staff all extremely nice. Don't go there expecting luxury, there isnt much in the way of amenities, but for us three poor early 20s people, it was a great place to crash for a few days. The price was right and went well above my expectations for such a cheap hotel. The rooms were a bit small, but all we did there was sleep anyway, so it didnt really matter. Also, the room only has a shower stall and not a bathtub. There's a free breakfast that pretty much consists of cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, and yogurt but it's better then nothing. So to sum up...it's a pretty good quality place to stay when you're on a budget.

“Just what we were looking for...”

This hotel was a excellent choice for our stay while visiting NY. The commute to NY was short and convenient. The hotel was clean and meet our needs. The location was a little industrial but that didn't not bother us. The breakfast was the best contential breakfast I have ever had. The variety was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NY and want to save on hotel expense.

Amazing that what i can say about this hotel, our stay was amazing, north bergen is where it is people dont pay stupid amounts to stay in the city where it smells and all u can breath in is fumes. North bergen is clean, sunny, friendly people and accessable to what ever or where ever ur heat desires. To get into nyc it was easy not a problem, hop on a bus just past toys r us, yes toys r us is close, then its just 15 mins into nyc , The staff at the hotel need to be applorded. They where quick, managed all problems well. We checked in two our before. The companies reward scheme was amazing.. Cant tell u until you check it out... You will be like WOW. Breakfast was possibly the only downside, how many ways can egg be consumed.. Not the best may need to work on that. Any back to nyc, WOW ... what we reccommend you do, Madison square gardens, liberty island, ellis island, times square, harlem, central park (all), manhatten, union square, 5th ave (stay on that for the whole of 1 day u will not be dissapointed. All the ave's to be honest. UN buildin, brooklyn bridge, brooklyn, mahattan bridge, yankees stadium, queens, INTERPID (and concorde )! near hudson river . Lincoln tunnel amazin, friends building, 68th street has the best latte (on the corner) guggeheim and museum ave, washington square that was featured in i am legend .. well try as many places as you can wr did ALL in 5 days so had 2 days to relax... All in all the hotel star needs to be 3 1/2 or 4 THANK YOU WORTH IT!!!!
