Overall excellent experience with the stay. One thing however, I found random hairs on the pillows. I was a bit disgusted.

Nice hotel to everything.

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Stayed with my daughter and had a wonderful time. It was centrally located so we walked every way except to Central Park. We took a cab. There car service was the best in New York and the cheapest to the airport. Loved my stay.

Close to Empire State Building, 5th Avenue

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: Located in Chelsea, near Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden.
For NYC, this is a gem. Inexpensive, very nice place. It was clean, comfortable and walking or short taxi ride to everything. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Heart of Manhattan

Posted Oct 4, 2014
Pros: Situation
Cons: Cheaper
Location: Not far from Empire State, flatiron, macys
We chose this hotel to be equidistant between downtown and uptown. Away from the frenzy of the Times Square locale. Good choice. The neighbourhood is relaxed with good eateries. Easy access to transport for onward travel. Recommended.

Reasonable hotel in NYC

Posted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: The hotel mattress was the nicest I have slept on in any hotel.
Cons: There were no laundry bags in the room.
Location: The location was perfect as the person I was visiting lives in Chelsea.
While the room was small it was very clean and quiet. Given the other prices for hotel rooms in the city, this room was the most reasonable.

Great trip

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: Restaurant service
Location: within walking from most major sight seeing if you are up to it. good central location
Our stay at the hotel was very good and the staff were generally great. service in the restaurant was a bit slow for the 2 times that we ate there. Only 2 elevators which made elevator waits sometimes long but generally fine. great location for getting anywhere in midtown. close to subway on 23st or 28st.

Clean, but TV didn't work

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness
We only stayed overnight. The room was clean, but very small (even by NYC standards). The TV didn't work at all, but we didn't call for maintenance because it was very late and we would be gone the next day.
