“Can't wait to go back”

We went for three days, to see two broadway shows and it was in a very good location to walk there. We walked everywhere. All of the employees were very helpful and kind. Very happy people. The rooms were clean and we had no problems. I would recommend this to other people.

“Unbelievably nice staff!”

The receptionist was so nice. My child came up and asked where there was a water fountain and she immediately handed out bottled water to all the kids in my group (4) in all. She then found out it was myself and my friend travelling without our husbands and gave us some extra coupons for free wine or beer at night. Wow! That was a nice, unexpected surprise. The rooms were very clean and without asking we were given adjoining rooms which the kids loved.

I enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. My room was perfect and ready for me upon my arrival. I would definitely go again to release some stress from work and it's located at a convenient location in the city not to far from famous restaurants and lounges.

Really enjoyed our stay! Hotel convenient to theatres and shopping. Concierge provided terrific restaurant recommendations and advice on transportation. Will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit!

“Great Hotel for a Great Price!”

We got our room at a great price and were able to check in early so we didn't have to carry our bags around. The room was clean and a little bigger than I expected for New York. The staff were friendly and breakfast in the hotel restaurant was cheap, good and really fast! When we checked out they held our bags for us at no charge and asked if we would need a ride to the airport. They let us know that there was a parade nearby and that it would take a little longer to get to the airport, so we ended up taking a car from the hotel for a reasonable price and were surprised to find that it was a limo! We were within walking distance to Times Square and Central Park, and I was not afraid to walk to the hotel at night. I had a great stay at The Holiday Inn and will hopefully be back soon! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
