Pros: The rooms are clean and the staff helpful
Cons: It is probably time for a paint up.
Location: It is close to Canal Street station and the popular shopping area on lower Broadway
We have stayed in this hotel many times over the last decade. It is in the perfect position for us to enjoy Manhattan.

Cons: all the things
Location: China town
3 days in this hotel . First day, the air conditioner made too much noise , bad facility , i can't fall asleep. Second day , a lot of people held a party beside my room , also can't fall asleep untill 1 am . bad facility , bad service .

Pros: location, location, location!
Cons: can't think of anything.
Location: little italy, chinatown, soho for shopping and eating. train station right around the corner. everything i wanted within walking distance.
i wanted someplace close to the blue note jazz club. it was a nice walk through soho from the hotel. and for eating, what could have been better than to be at the intersection of chinatown, little italy, and soho? and even near a diner where i could get breakfast at any time? i would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Ladies at the reception desk were very pleasant.
Cons: Hire new cleaning people and make sure they follow procedures for how to prepare a room for the next guest.
Previously stayed at this hotel a few years ago and loved the location and thought it was kept clean and nice. This time the room had a strange smell, my tub had someone else's razor cover in it and the alarm went blaring off at midnight because when they made the room up they didn't reset the clocks.

Pros: Room was clean and quiet. Staff very helpful.
Cons: Rather cheap of the hotel to charge $1 per page to print something. Leaves a bad taste.
Very friendly staff and a reasonably sized room for New York. My package included breakfast, and the combination of a full hot breakfast and a carafe of coffee on the table was excellent. The server even gave you a plastic take-out cup when you were leaving.

Less than one block from one subway and two short blocks to the other subway station so you can get to anywhere in NYC from this hotel. A half block from China town and lots of shopping. Just a few minutes walk from all of Soho and some great attractions. Can walk to Washington square park, trade center, and to the awesome comedy club The Cellar. The only negative was the cruddy hotel breakfast. I would not recommend eating in the hotel restaurant.

I stayed one overnight on a business trip. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Lots of options for food and shopping close by.

Cons: Bell hops should be friendlier...smile and greet people coming in.
Location: Shopping, dining, socializing, walking, bike riding.
We wanted to stay in SoHo during our visit to NYC. The hotel was located in right in SoHo and just a block or so from Chinatown and about the same for Little Italy. The hotel sits right on the corner so it is easy to pull in for the valet service. The first staff members you see are the bell hops because you have to take the escalator or elevator up 1 level to reception. I bring this up only because the bell hops were not friendly. In particular they did not greet nor did they smile which is a little unusual for a "hospitality" business, but then again it is NYC:-) Anyway, the reception was warm and friendly once we got to that level. Everything else about the trip was great and, yes, we would stay there again.
