Good clean modern style hotel

Pros: Clean and included many things other hotels charge for (ex: wifi).
Cons: Add a fitness room or a few treadmills.
Location: Near 36th street subway stop. There's a McDonalds and a Costco nearby, but not much nightlife.
The hotel is a 'one-off' private one. Not part of a chain. As such, they did a few things that are different, but nice. While there's no fitness room, business center, or other features common in many hotels, this one did have clean fresh linens, a modern bathroom, free wifi, a modest free breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff. There's not much around the hotel to walk to, this isn't Times Square or anything, but it was very near a major subway stop as 36th street and very accessible. They have a deal with a local cab company, Bell, and can get you discounted flat rates to the airports if you ask. All in all a very solid experience and certainly one I'd recommend to others.

Pros: Street parking was easy.
Location: Subway is very close. Everything you might need is right in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is being gentrified.
Great helpful staff! Nice breakfast . Quiet clean room in a new building.

Nice hotel in Brooklyn

Pros: Location is nice. Close to the subway and pretty good restaurants.
Cons: The bar needs help, the breakfast bar needs help and the elevator.
I stayed there on business. Hotel is nice. Needs some help with the management. Had to ask for towels almost every day. They do not get their shipment of linen until around 11pm. This makes it a little difficult to make sure every room has clean towels. The bar is a joke. During my stay they were only open one night. And only had a couple of beers in stock and only a few beers of each brand.

Location not great, room could have been cleaner, phone didn't work nor did the thermostat. Had to keep walking to the front desk for missing items. Not super impressed.

Good location in Brooklyn and reasonable rates for king sized bed. Rooms are quite small, but clean. Bathrooms very nice. Continental breakfast offerings extremely limited.

Over-promised, Under-delivered

No "DJ Lessons" as described; No "hot kitchen/room service" as marketed; Music ambiance in room didn't work; Employees are not "musically minded"; Absolutely ZERO activities around this South Brooklyn hotel. I travel for business twice a month and have never heard the staff say, "yea, we don't do that anymore" as often as I did during my stay at this well eMarketed, yet under-performing hotel. Shame on BPM.
