Choose a great location!Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Location and quiet atmosphere.
Cons: Furnishings in rooms and lobby are a bit "tired". Upholstery is soiled, wood pieces nicked.
Location: Empire State Building two blocks away, walking distance to Times Square, easy walk to Macy's, two blocks to Green Line subway.
The location is within walking distance of many attractions as well as a subway line. A variety of excellent restaurants are nearby with various price points. The hotel staff is extremely helpful. Coffee/tea is available 24/7 in a spacious, multi "room" lobby. While a family could stay here it is definitely more adult oriented which means it is more quiet!

Nice little hotel, good locationPosted Mar 25, 2015
Location: Empire State Building, Broadway, Macy's, Times Square within 10 minute walk
Very pleased - only a couple of blocks from the Empire State building so good location. Rooms were small but perfect for what we needed. Very clean & great cleaning staff left it perfect every day. Staff were really helpful when needed.

DisappointmentPosted Mar 25, 2015
The room given was very small with no view. Shower door was very stiff. Staff however friendly. Caution on given room when taking 'sale' package.

Excellent hotel in excellent locationPosted Mar 25, 2015
This is my second time staying at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough. This hotel is excellently located, with a short walking distance to all of Manhattans attractions and there are subway stations located just a couple of blocks away. It is also an exceptionally clean, friendly, warm and welcoming hotel. All staff are extremely helpful and make it Manhattan's top small luxury hotel.

Good locationPosted Mar 24, 2015
This hotel is in a great location with easy access to the subway. The staff were really nice and helpful. Downside is that there are no tea and coffee facilities so you have to go down to the lobby first thing in the morning. Nice toiletries and very clean.

Spending the weekend in the cityPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Staff was very nice
Cons: better pillows, coffee in the room
Location: The empire state building view and the park was nice to visit
Nice location, place, etc..however the pillows were very uncomfortable and I would have preferred to have a coffee machine in my room

Prettig hotelPosted Mar 21, 2015

Nice hotel, close to everything we wanted to see.Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Closeness to what we wanted to visit; Empire State Building/Penn Station/Madison Square Garden/Grand Central Station
Room was too hot, all the time. We had to run the air conditioner 24/7 just to keep the room comfortable. We asked them to turn down the heat or give us a fan but they were unable to. We asked for a light blanket, rather than the duvet, they said they didn't have blankets. They did bring up a small fridge when we asked for one.

Great Boutique hotel in great locationPosted Mar 21, 2015
Travelling alone for business. The property was fresh and up to date and staff was attentive. The room was well equipped and well designed. The heat and airconditioning was simple to control and it actually worked- which is refreshing. My room was very quiet. Wifi was perfect without any interruption of service. My only small complaint was that there was no coffee maker. I would also add that the restaurant is expensive and probably intended for a special treat- not exactly the best place to drop in as a single traveller. But there are plenty of great casual places within a block. Otherwise a great experience and I will definitely use this property again.

My hotel of choice whilst in NYCPosted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: Everything !!!
Cons: Coffee is available downstairs in the lobby, but would be great to be able to make it in your room
Location: Perfect location for the garment district
Love this hotel, room nice and quiet, bed comfy, location great. The guys on the door are so lovely and helpful. Everyone working there in fact is great. Its a calming oasis in a mad city and I love staying there every time I am in New York.
