One of the lights in my room did not work so I called the front desk and they sent someone but the light did not get fixed nor did they change my room. The room needs to be renovated, badly! It was pretty windy during my stay and the door to the balcony kept moving back forth making so much noise. I won’t be staying here again.

Front desk staff were unprofessional from the time I checked in and despite the shift, they were all just had a lot of unnecessary attitude. The Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. My boyfriend ended up getting very sick so we unfortunately had to book another night but switch rooms, and the customer service regarding the matter was awful. I went out to get some things since they literally have nothing to offer and when I inquired with the lady at the front desk about our options she randomly said “Don’t get mad at me, it’s not my fault you’re sick.” Not once did I place blame on her or get upset, but this rubbed me the wrong way. They made us keys for a new room so I packed everything up and on our way up all to find out someone was still in the room, had to wait longer and when we finally swapped I inquired with housekeeping about the dust and particles all over the room and she said they don’t change the filters, pulled one out and more dust came flying everywhere. In the new room, it was the same issue and even after I asked them to be changed, the particles arose and settled everywhere: in our food, our hair and lashes, all over our clothes and in our noses. When I called and asked for ice, they took 4 hours to bring up 1 bottle of water when that’s not what I asked for. I would NEVER stay here again. It’s overpriced with nothing to offer and horrible staff.

The property smelled like weed from the moment you walked and the linen of the bed was dirty of HAIR and black particles and full of lint. The hair was just like one piece of hair either it was all over the bed, almost as if the “cleaning” crew just made the bed without changing the sheets to clean sheets. My husband and I ended checking out the same day and finding a new hotel for our trip.

The Hotel is beautiful and clean and quiet the only I got missed up on Waze gps shows that the hotel is located at 370 4st instead 4ave so I have to drive extra 20 minutes to the hotel !!

This hotel was fine for a 2 night stay for business. It would not have been great for a family or for vacation. Not a lot to do in the area. A few Deli’s within walking distance. Uber to Manhattan was $45-70 depending on time of day but was close (ish) to public transport. There was construction (loud!) going on inside and just outside the building until 9pm and this project looks like it may take a while to complete. The carpeting in the hallway was filthy but the room itself had vinyl floor and was clean. Set up was nice and comfortable. Beds were very firm platforms but comfortable for me. Day shift staff was helpful, night shift worker the first night couldn’t end her personal call to help guests (several times noted this). Overall felt like a safe place and served the purpose.

The beds were comfortable, staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Shower was beautiful. The only little issue I had was with the sliding bathroom door, it was a bit heavy to slide back and forth, just have to put a little muscle into it. Otherwise, I would definitely return when I need a hotel.
