Charming even without Lobby...

Posted Dec 5, 2014
Pros: For me the cost and proximity to my daughter in Brooklyn, is the best. The rooms are tastefully decorated and space efficient. Enjoy the breakfast.
Location: Can't speak to this because my daughter lives close and is my tour guide.
The staff is friendly and professional. I don't understand the location, because I come by car from the airport and my daughter lives one or two subway stops away and always comes and collects me. It suits us.

Convenient to Brooklyn venues and expressway

The room was small but clean and modern. The hotel is quiet and although close to BQE, I did not hear traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Off street parking is a plus!

Perfectly Fine

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: The location in North Williamsburg
Cons: The breakfast left a little to be desired.
Location: The location is in walking distance to the L train station or explore the great restaurants and bars that make Williamsburg great.
It's a small hotel, but the location was perfect for me. Yes, the rooms are small, but if you know that going in then what's the problem? It has everything you need. This may not be the type of hotel that you dream about getting back to but if you want to stay at a hotel in North Williamsburg then this fits the bill. I would stay there again without a problem.

Nice hotel close to the subway and resteraunts

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: It was so clean and comfortable. Free drinks and fruit avalable at all times
Cons: Nothing
Location: You will need a cheap subway card to get to most places in NY but within 5 mins you can get to a park and shops and resteraunts of Brooklyn.
This was our first choice but it was fully booked for the first part of our stay. The staff were so friendly and even provided a free umbrella when it rained

Great hotel with free parking in Brooklyn!

Posted Nov 5, 2014
I needed a hotel close to my daughter's apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Staff directed us to s cute French Bistro (Fada) a few blocks away. Subway close by. Nearby neighborhood shops, cafes, parks. And free parking! I'll be back!

Nice hotel close to my son

Posted Oct 16, 2014
The Jolie feels very new and clean. The breakfast area was especially nice with a service person tending to the supplies and the area tidy. There was always friendly staff at the desk eager to help. The rooms are very up to date with all the amenities. And the hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation and close to where my son lives.

Great location. Close to highway and Metro stops. Limited parking available, which is rare. Staff was so nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean and offered free WiFi, a free breakfast, and free coffee 24/7!

Prima Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und zweckmäßiger Ausstattung. Mehr benötigt man für einen Städtetrip nicht.

Well-located, modern, clean hotel.

Posted Sep 10, 2014
Pros: See above.
Cons: There's always something I suppose, but really I thought Le Jolie provided reasonable value for money.
Location: As mentioned above, a couple of stops on the L train to downtown Manhattan and Williamsburg's bars and restaurants walking distance away.
A recently-built hotel, located in a revitalised neighbourhood very similar in feel to Shoreditch in London, handily positioned both for the subway into Manhattan and the local attractions of Williamsburg. Don't be put off by its proximity to the Brooklyn/Queens Expressway - good soundproof glazing in our room meant we wouldn't have known it was there, plus it provides a great backdrop for "edgy" photos. Reasonable room facilities, tho' the room itself maybe on the smallish side - decent size TV, however, reliable bathroom, comfy bed, not bad cupboard space, safe, fridge. Staff left you in peace, but were friendly and there if/when needed and kept the place clean and tidy. The cold buffet breakfast was plentiful and should see most through to lunchtime easily enough.

Fairly central hotel in Brooklyn

Pros: The large comfortable bed
Location: Only 5 to 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants in Brooklyn
Only 5 to 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants in Brooklyn and 10 minutes on subway to central Manhattan. Very large comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
