Rotten dumpPosted Nov 25, 2014
This was the worst place I stayed in in New York. It was filthy, smelly the staff were rude and it was noisy. Hated every minute of it.

Great Value-Great Place to StayPosted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Location, we took an Airtrain direct from Newwark Liberty Intl Airport to Penn Station for 12.50 one way per person.
Cons: I would ask that the windows would be able to open just a little higher in smoking rooms.and that there be a 2nd lock on door
We checked in and were told by the check in lady who was not pleasant at all, that even though we had reserved a smoking room, one was not available unless we wanted to upgrade at a cost of 25.oo per night. So my husband then spoke to Michael a supervisor there and he put us in a smoking room that was actually upgraded for no cost. That was a very accommodating treat. The was clean, nice comfortable king size bed, and a mini fridge. The room was quite and pleasant. Rooms are small but come on, you're in New York City, spaces are small and usually we were not in our room but out enjoying the sights and sounds the city has to offer. Location Location Location. Being right across from Penn Station was the reason we made this our second stay here. Walking distance to Macys, The Empire State Building and Greely Urban Bites.

Hotel location is great.Posted Nov 23, 2014
Cons: water pressure, carpet and fresh paint in the room
Location: easy access to subway, cab drivers know of hotel location
The hotel is in a great location-near shopping, Madison Square Garden and much more! The only downfall was the water pressure-it was very low. The hotel may consider doing some upgrades like new carpet and fresh paint in the rooms.Otherwise it was still a good experience.

Good locationPosted Nov 23, 2014
Cons: more lights in the room
The room was a decent size but lacked light, only 1 lamp in the room. Disappointed to be charged for luggage storage after we checked out. Otherwise was a pleasant stay

a conveniently locatedPosted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: It's location.
Cons: The heating system needs to be updated. It was cold, and I had to call the Bell Captain
Location: Very close to Times Square, Madison Square Gardens and subways.
Conveniently located across from Pennsylvania Station where there were ample opportunity to savor bakery items from Zaros. Other good food was also available.

When booked through expedia and they told us that the parking would be included, then we were hit with a $250.00 bill to get our car out of the parking lot, so, what ARE you going to do about this?! Do I have to go to another source to look into this matter, please let me know.
