comfortable bed

Pros: The bed is wonderfully comfortable.
Cons: the bathroom. there should be toothbrush and toothpaste
Location: there are many great Chinese restaurants nearby. There are karaoke, too. Its a good location.
the bed is very comfy and the blanket is easy to cover, unlike other hotels'. The room is clean although its a little small.

Not the best part of town. Very dark street.

Cons: Offer better, healthier breakfast. Need security. Street lighting need to be brighter.
Location: On a dark, scary side-street. Nothing to do but eat at one of the zillions of below-average quality caf├ęs.
Over-priced, scary neighborhood. No parking. Breakfast items limited. Carpet dirty. Staff very, very friendly. Staff was big plus.

We are located in a safe part of Flushing, and I can assure you that the area is actually very safe to walk at night. We have not had any incidents regarding security for our guests. It is true that we do not have on-site parking. However you can park in the parking lot across the street from us and they are free of charge from 10pm until 8am the next morning. Sheraton has a parking garage and they charge $20 daily. Thank you for bringing to our attention the carpet in your room. This is not typical of our usual levels of cleanliness, and is totally unacceptable to us. I would like to apologize for this, and have already communicated your experience with our housekeeping supervisor to prevent this from happening again. This is totally unacceptable to us and is not typical of our usual standards of cleanliness. We have already communicated your experience with our housekeeping supervisor to make sure that this does not happen again to our future guests. I would also like to thank you for your thoughts about our breakfast. We are always looking for suggestions from our guests to improve our breakfast. In the future, we might amend our breakfast items to reflect our customers' requests. While it is true that we do not have our own parking structure, there is a parking lot across the street where you can park your car free of charge from 10pm until 8am the next morning. Nice and close to malls

Pros: Close to malls and easy to bus stops and subway.
Cons: More different options to choose for breakfast. They serve no bananas!
Location: Close to malls and restaurants. Quiet environment but close to bus stops and subway. Very convinent to get around .
Quiet and close to malls. Staffs are pleasant and nice and helpful.

Pros: I like that there are Chinese managers--having taught in Malaysia many years ago, I speak Chinese
Cons: Nothing
Location: I stay there because my son lives in Flushing. I love the Chinese markets and restaurants
Spent three nights--my third visit in the last four years.

Good value with the convenient location

Convenient location in Flushing, NY and I feel safe in the neighborhood. It is close to subway station and major bus routes. Nice, courteous and helpful staff. Although room size is smaller than expected, it is clean, its decor is decent and you have everything you need. I consider it a good value in a big city. I would rather save some money for sightseeing and dining in the city, rather than paying premium for a bigger room and hotel that I only go back to at bedtime.

Hotel in Chinatown

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Need to change the mattress and cleaning crew need to pay attention to cleanliness.
Location: Hotel was in Chinatown and there are a lot of places to eat and to shop.
We found pubic hair in between the sheets, pillow, and in the bathtub. The mattress needed to be change it was very lumpy.
