“Stinky, but cheap for the price”

Ok so in the first place i choose this hotel for the price and its like 20 min from times square. I rented smoking room by accident so it was so stinky and dirty, the chairs, bed and dresser everything was too old and some missing handles,even the bathroom was smelly . The curtain for the window was kind of transparent so obviously people will see you if you don't switch off the light. the smell of the room was the thing that we can't help so after midnight we have to open the windows to get fresh air so that we can have some sleep. There is a hill to go to the rooms so if you are going in snow time Don't even think about this place. Breakfast was better than other places a lot of choice. Just for your info you will pay 12 dollar for toll to get in to NYC that i wish i knew before i go, but you don't pay to come back. the staff wasn't a problem for us. Check in was at three PM but they let us get in at 1:30pm just call ahead of time.

room was discusting and tried to get our money back took 3days, manager very rude to myself and other customers. I ended helping the customer myself.

“Cheap hotel - 20 min from to NYC”

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel, it's not so close to NYC but if you take the bus, you will be in NYC in less than 20 min. The good point is that this hotel is cheap compared to the hotels in Manhattan and the breakfast is included (lots of muffins, bagels, Philadelphia cheese, orange juice, coffee, milk...). So basically, by staying in this hotel, you will save money for your shopping and restaurants in Manhattan ;) However, to get to the bus station, you will have to walk for 10 min (hill) so I wouldn't recommend it for pregnant women or people suffering from bad health conditions. If you have car, the parking is huge so you will always be able to find a spot for your car.

this is the second time i have stayed in this hotel, its not fancy but everything works fine, free parking!!, clean rooms and the shuttle service that takes you to manhattan for a fair price. i

“Dirty beyond words”

If you have other choices, please do not stay here. Rooms are not clean, the outside entrances are dirty. Rooms smell like smoke.... need I continue?

“OK MUST Read This!!! I stayed at this NJ North Bergen hotel and this is what happened.........”

Ok so i checked into the room for my fisrt night..... as i usually do, i gave the room a once over look and... #1 I looked over the sheets and they were Stained 2 the towels were dirty and stained 3 the floor had not been swept........ then i tried to go to sleep that night and it was so close to the road the big trucks and cars made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was so loud!! then i had left for the day and came back for my second night and we had left some snacks out.......... crackers and a candy bar etc. the bag was ripped open and there was chewed candy bar and wrapper on the floor.......... so i went to the front desk and they told me to talk to the manager the next day.......... ok tried to sleeep some that night knowing there was a mouse or something running around.... talked to manager and said i could get some % off of next visit Cause I Pre Paid for that time......... Ok would not EVER recommend this hotel To ANYONE!!! Ok! I warned you!

“Convenviently located minutes to NYC”

only stayed one nite, convenient location minutes to NYC via Lincoln Tunnel. Clean room ok in price.

“Horrible location, Run down, Given wrong information”

Never been to NYC before and it was suggested to me that I stay on the New Jersey side. I called the hotel directly to see where they were located in relation to the bus stop. I was told it was just a 5 minute walk and through a commercial area. Wrong. It is more like a 15 minute walk, through a rough neighborhood (felt very unsafe) and down an extremely steep hill, which made it very rough for carrying our luggage. This resulted in us having to get a taxi at times and costing us more money. The staff didn't speak very good English, which made it difficult to communicate. They couldn't answer questions very well because they weren't sure what you were saying. The carpet was nasty, the room very run down, the toilet barely flushed and you had to let the water run for about 15-20 minutes before it got warm to hot. I don't recommend this hotel at all!
