Hotel location is unbeatable. It has a great terrace on the 15th floor with a fantastic ambiance. Great bars within the hotel. Great staff. Our room was small but adequate. Comfortable bed. Fridge in our room. Did I mention the location? Close to subway. Close to Central Park. Close to Broadway.

Nice hotel so convenient

Only pity is the bathroom, the shower area doesn't have glass doors and water got all over the place. The bathroom is big but too simple and there is not enough usable area. Other than that it is very nice experience, everything is smooth running. Fantastic pieces of furniture and fabulous gardens

The rooms are claustrophobic and the hotel is way too noisy if you're over 40 you should not stay there

Ok location

If you have heard the expression "Living out of your suitcase" This is it. There is no place to put your clothes and small doesn't do justice to the size of the room. I asked for a larger room. I was told to pack my suitcase and when I returned later in the day my things would be in the new room. On my return, I was told there was an engineering problem and had to stay in the same room.

The location is great. The rooms are ridiculously small and the hotel is generally v dark.

They did not fulfill our reservation made months ago for two beds. The rooms are CRAZY SMALL and my brother and wife and kid all had to sleep in one tiny bed in one tiny room.

Great site to explore New York City

Very funky hotel from the front desk to bedside lamps in room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great view from windows & TV. Easy walking to Times Square, theatres, Hell's Kitchen. Even walked to bus station. Loved it.

Nice looking Hotel however...

Pros: Everything downstairs.
Cons: Can't move the walls of the room so nothing can be improved.
The hotel itself is simply outstanding. The lobby area and other facilities are top notch and no money was spared to make you feel like you selected the perfect place. However, the feeling of space and luxury stops as soon as you get off the elevator and walk the always. The always feels creepy, the rooms are minuscule and, if you are 6 feets or over your knees will probably touch the wall when using the toilet. We had a junior suite and our bathroom was 15 square feet (3 x 5) the tub.
