"Truly Unbelievable! The staff is amazing and atten"
Truly Unbelievable! Amazing staff, Large Rooms & Bathrooms. Boutique Hotel to the max! Every detail was impeccable, down to the room key, coffee/tea delivery, & complimentary beverages & snacks. This is THE BEST hidden gem I've ever come across.

Very much enjoyed my stay here and will stay again. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Croissants are to die for! Location was perfect, right next to easy public transportation as well as a wonderful area of the city to dine. My bags were carried up and down for me since there is no elevator. Be aware, if you're not used to staying in NYC, the rooms are NYC small. Normal for the city, but will feel cramped if you're not used to it. Everything was very clean and in great working order. Can't wait to stay again!

Stayed for 4 nights during the recent cold snap. Hotel was was warm and extremely welcoming. The staff were absolutely brilliant. We had a premier room at the back of the hotel and it was the quietest room I've ever stayed in in NYC. Riks cafe is open 24hrs for teas, coffees etc and the nightly wine and cheese is a great idea. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for good old fashioned hospitality.

Rooms were basic but clean. Everything was exactly as promised. As a single woman traveling alone, I was a bit concerned about safety but always felt completely comfortable in this neighborhood. Enjoyed chatting with Michael. Yes, the subway ride in and out of midtown was about 25 minutes, but it was easy and part of the New York adventure. I'll return here next time I'm in town.

Very nice hotel with great service , amenities and cleanliness. One of the best I stayed. They also did the little extra things. My only mild complaint is the rooms are a little small. I highly recommend it !
