Good position but no free wifi in roomPosted Dec 14, 2014
Good sized rooms with spacious bathrooms. Really close to Broadway so short walk after seeing shows. Overall very happy with stay. There was free wifi but only in foyer.

nice hotel great locationPosted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: the location, high standards staff friendly without being pretentious or overbaring
Cons: all in all, hotel maintains a good high, standard of service
Location: hotel is only a few minutes walk from times square, also very close to the office for redeeming our voucher for hop on hop off bus and attraction pass
we had a lovely stay, staff were welcoming and helpful, although we were extremely annoyed when on the day before our checkout we went to concierge to ask if they would phone our air link customer services to check if everything was still the same for our pick up time, we were refused this service, there was no one else waiting, as it was around eight o'clock in the morning, over the past seven or eight years we have been very fortunate to go on trips three or four times a year (mostly in Europe but also twice to the west coast of america) and i can absolutely in all honesty say this is the first time i have ever experienced this.

We went there for Thanksgiving weekend and it was great! The staff was helpful and the amenities good. The hotel is very close to time square and walking distance to other attractions. The room was comfortable with a great view.

Conveniently located, top notch restaurantPosted Nov 30, 2014
Throughly enjoyed Thanksgiving vacation here. Ca Va Brasserie, the hotel restaurant, had a great Thanksgiving meal. Located in Times Square and walking distance to Broadway shows and Macys Parade. Room comfortable but would have preferred a bathtub rather than just a shower. But would definitely come back.

Thanksgiving EvePosted Nov 29, 2014
Stayed one night. Courteous, friendly, attentive staff. Clean room. Fast room service. Validated parking saved us money using lot across the street. Great location, near all in Times Sq./Theater district. A little pricey, but worth it.

Good hotel very cleanPosted Nov 28, 2014
Pros: Room clean, quiet, bell staff very nice.
Location: Location is good, very close to time square, next to Shack Shack and the theater area.
Good stay at this hotel, second stay here, no problems at all. First thing you notice is a very clean room, at the top of our priorities. Very nice staff.

Great hotel, 2 blocks from Times SquarePosted Nov 27, 2014
Lovely trip for my mums 60th birthday. Great location close to Times Square and subway station on the corner so easy access to World trade centre (century 21) and queens for the airlink! Staff friendly and helpful unless u forget your room key, you need this to access the lifts! So ALWAYS keep it with you.

This hotel was phenomenal. After we were denied a room in our usual hotel (Hilton Midtown) from a booking error, we were fortunate enough to obtain a room in the Intercontinental. I was a little skeptical about the accommodation since we'd never stayed there before, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and was far better than the Hilton. The location was an added benefit since we came to NYC to see the Cinderella play, because the hotel was located in the heart of the theater district.
