Almost charged twice even I fully paid my stay. They told me the day I checked in they gonna put $ 100 as a security deposit but they charged same amount of my stay.I should go to reception and talked about it and they told me it was mistake

Great location! So convenient to broadway, Times Square and to public transit anywhere. I wish the hotel had underground parking rather than being directed across the street where I had to argue the daily rate when picking up my car (They charged me $80 rather than the posted $55). I wish the staff at check-in was friendlier and more professional, and that the upgrade I took advantage of wasn’t a 180 degree view of the car park across the street and roof of the building next door. What a disappointment! I don’t think this hotel is up to par with my experiences an other Intercontinentals.

This hotel is in a great area with not too much of the TS chaos. Very walkable to theaters and restaurants. The hotel is well kept and the staff we're all very attentive and friendly. The bar is great for a night cap or brunch cocktail!

There was a lot of drug addicts constantly harassing us in front of the hotel. And the employees were not say nothing to them and allow them to harass us. Constantly asking us for money or cigarettes.

I thought the hotel rooms were clean. Cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating. Some things that I did not like were the hallways as room services dishes were not picked up right away. One dirty glass was in the hallway for three days before it was picked up. I was also very unhappy about the extra fees that I had to pay to the hotel. The luxury tax ended up being an additional $40 a day. Apparently you can spend $25 on in room services such as the $9 pop in the mini fridge but we were not told this until the last day so that didn't help us much.

Great location near Times Square... walking distance to everything. Property was clean and modern for the most part. Service was good. Drinks at the hotel bar were on the pricier side, but they give you a daily credit to use towards food and drinks. Not really a credit because then charge your a daily "resort fee" so they basically cancel each other... not really though... the resort fee was a little more. Liked the room and bathroom though. Would stay there again.

All staff we very accommodating, flexible, friendly, and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and spacious enough for a roll-away. When I return to NYC, I will return to this hotel without any hesitation. The subway and sites are within easy walking distance.

Very disappointed with the service and overall appearance and facilities at this hotel. Not worth the price at all. When we arrived we had not ONE person to help with our luggage. The rooms were dirty and tap water onky came out boiling! We will not stay here ever again. Restaurant staff very oblivious to who’s been waiting in line, food was terrible and mold on fruit for the breakfast buffet.
