Reliable JFK Shuttle Service and Comfortable

Pros: Reliable & Trustworthy Shuttle Service; comfortable sitting chair & great desk chair; fast internet; super clean
Cons: Firmer bed
Location: Only there 1 night. Reasonably good Chinese food take out at end of block & small deli store on corner. Did not observe any nearby restaurants; shops
Rooms are smaller than almost every other hotel and bed was not as firm as I like for my bad back, but comfortable sitting chair, great desk chair, fast internet, nice bathroom and all was super clean. Only waited at airport for about 7 minutes until Shuttle arrived. Only a 10 minute ride to the hotel. Shuttle back to JFK on time. Since I am on Social Security it was a bit too pricey. Staff including both Shuttle drivers was kind, pleasant and helpful

Lille hyggeligt hotel i jamaica, Queens, NY NY

Pros: Det hele.
Cons: Opgradere AC insttalationerne, og fixe Whirlpoolen.
Location: Ved intet om de umiddelbare omgivelser, da jeg benyttede Hotellet som udelukkende overnatning.
Dette er et lille hyggeligt Hotel kun 3.3Km fra JFK Int. Airport. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen, og med deres gratis Shuttle service til og fra Lufthavnen giver en oplevelse af at man er som en del af en familie. Jeg vil helt sikkert benytte mig af Hotellet, når jeg tager tilbage til CPH Int. Airport.

The hotel was dirty, the bathroom floors were so sticky & smells. There were bed bugs, floors doesn't look like it's been vacuumed for ages. I will not recommend this hotel and Expedia to anyone at all.

The staff was cold didn't talk. Or maple you feel welcomed. We had problems getting into our room they gave us a room that was already occupied. The phones or remote didn't work in the room. Was hot the AC didn't work

Good Hotel for One-Night Stay Near JFK Intl

Pros: Clean, comfortable bed to use for 8 hours of sleep before catching early morning flight at JFK.
Cons: Bette food choices at the complimentary breakfast.
Location: Near JFK. Good for taking the free shuttle to the airport.
A practical hotel, suitable for a short one night stay close to JFK, if you need to catch an early morning flight. Clean, bare bones, but perfectly comfortable if you're spending just 8-9 hours at the hotel before catching your flight.

Very Convenient

Pros: Close to airport, reasonable rates
We had our flight departing LGA cancelled by American Airlines. They re-booked our flight for the following am at JFK. American (we will never fly them again) refused to cover the transfer to the other airport, food or the cost of the hotel overnight so we were in a bind. I called Expedia and this was one of the hotels offered. The shuttle drivers were both cheerful and helpful, check-in went smoothly, the cost was reasonable for New York city and the room was fine.

Had two nights; forfeited one-terrible

Cons: bed (plastic wrapped) carpets noise level
Location: JFK
Was picking up son at JFK on red-eye and then family flying out a day later to Savannah. So terrible that we forfeited the cost of two rooms for one night, stayed up in South Orangeburg and drove early, early to JFK just to get out of this hotel. Said they couldn't discuss a refund since we booked on expedia. Expedia's site said they didn't charge for cancellation but hotel might. So since no one would help, we lost cost of two rooms for one night and slept on an hour or so the other.

Inner city hotel

Description of location could be better. Stay was fine I was unbothered. Had nice bathrooms and decent bedding. I would rate it a 2.5 but it was comfortable
