Spacious, convenient to public transport.

Pros: Shuttle to airport, large rooms for New York.
Cons: Sofa bed should be a double if you advertise the room for 4 people!!
Location: Convenient to JFK and bus to subway at Sutphin Boulevard.
Room was spacious. Hotel shuttle to and from the airport (JFK) was excellent. Our sheet had a stain on it. Coffee machine in breakfast area was broken and no substitute provided on the last 2 days. We had 2 adults and 2 children 15 and 10. The sofa bed was a single at best so we had to have our daughter(10) in our bed during our stay keeping us awake most nights. The sofa beds in rooms are suitable for 1 person max!!

Pretty nice for a airport hotel

Pros: Comfortable room
Cons: Window quality for noise reduction.
Room was very clean and comfortable. My room was facing the busy street so it was little noisy, but it didn't bother me too much. Not a great neighborhood, but nice place for airport transfers.

Terrible location, and unsafe. No restaurants and extremely noisy...next to freeway and ambulance and emergency dispatch center. 100 decibels all night long!!!

Pros: nothing
Cons: I will choose another hotel
Location: I do not like the area
I do not like the service. Only the driver whom dropped me at the airport did an excellent job.

The hotel advertises parking -- but its a tiny lot and by the time I checked in it was full. Which was a problem as I checked in late and had to park on the street -- and it was tow away after 7am. Since I had a very long planned losing the sleep to leave too early in the morning did have an effect. The hotel had its dumb waiter broken so I had to carry in all the luggage. The hotel staff was not that great with people loitering in the lobby - not sure if they were employees or friends. The hotel lobby was old and run down. BUT on the up side the rooms are renovated and looked pretty good. On the negative -- TV converter would not change channels so I was stuck watching one channel.

Get what you pay for.

It was a good place to go to just rest and shower if that's what you're looking for but if you think Times Square is close by, it's an hour away.

Rooms are great. I stayed at the side of road. I can hear cars passing by all the time.
