Nice hotel centrally located

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: The hotel was modernly decorated
Location: Not a very busy area which worked well for us. There were restaurants a few blocks away which we patronized.
The experience was pleasant. I would recommend as the hotel was decorated well and the staff was nice. Our room was clean and everything was provided as expected. Available and free parking was a plus. Breakfast was also included.

First Trip to NYC...great location!

Posted Jul 22, 2015
This was my first trip to NYC and I loved being in Brooklyn. The hotel was just fine. The room was small, but that is to be expected (NYC). It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very close to Prospect subway. Earth Basket grocery is right off the Prospect train exit/entrance and is awesome. Got dinner there every night. Very pleasant neighborhood. This is an important detail...in the morning when you set off to the train, the walk is uphill...when you come back in the evening, it is downhill. That may not sound like much, but trust me, your dogs will thank you! Oh...plus free continental type breakfast. You really cannot go wrong with a stay at La Quinta Brooklyn. Highly recommend it.

Buona posizione per conoscere Brooklin

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: posizione
Cons: spazio in camera e colazione

This place is a dive in a scary part of town. Pay a little more and stay in the city.

Good family hotel close to the underground/subway

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Close to Brooklyn and close to the underground/subway (therefore close to Manhattan), with places to buy fast-food across the road.
We are a family from Upper Hutt City, New Zealand (2 adults and 2 children). We stayed for nine days/nights in the beginning of April 2015. The hotel is a great family hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly/helpful. The rooms/beds were comfortable. It was quiet (we were on level 4). The school holidays were on, so the hotel's dining-room seemed very busy in the mornings. The dining-room is small and the breakfast-supplies kept running out, but the staff kept replenishing the breakfast-supplies. No one went hungry, but at breakfast-time, we sometimes needed to queue/wait for breakfast, and also wait for a space to sit in the dining room. The neighbourhood around the hotel seems safe at night. I walked around the area multiple times, late at night, during our stay and had no worries. I certainly would like to stay in this hotel again.

You Get What You Pay For

Posted Jun 17, 2015
Pros: The free continental breakfast was good.
Cons: The employees at the main desk were not very freindly.
Location: .....
If your traveling on a budget it's not a bad place to stay. The Subway entrance is a little further away than I had realized. There were some good places to eat in the area.
