Quite surprising !!

Pros: Very comfortable and clean.
Cons: Lounge & bar was very noisy in the lobby. Maybe too open
Location: Astoria shopping is a short distance by cab ride.
Hotel was under reconstruction, however, hotel was still very comfortable. Management was more than helpful in providing transportation wherever I needed to go. The location, so close to the airport with shuttle was wonderful. Definitely will stay on my return trip to New York.

Staff was not knowledgeable abt local transportation and was not willing to help us attain the information. No attractions near hotel.

Great Hotel

Pros: Very convenient to La Guardia and Advantage rent a car.
Cons: It is too expensive to park.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was updated and the beds were very comfortable.

A looks like they renovated top floors and did not even check the hot water temperature and the shower and sink water is either too hot too cold . lighting is too dim in the room no food service after 12 and it is an airport hotel ! only one take out place to work with after 12 due to the area and food is not great . overall needs lots of improvements in service . only good thing is it is near to the airport !

Hotel staff!! Dennis got me an early check in spite of the fact that I booked on line only 5 mins before walking through the door. Bellmen, Paul (PM), Jose (AM) class act!! Efficient, effective & pleasant.

Conveniently located to Laguardia Airport.

Pros: Bar, pool, hotel lobby (even though under renovations), close to airport, shuttle service.
Cons: Attention to guest requests for servicing rooms.
Hotel is in process of renovations, which I'm sure after complete will give it the spruce up it requires Some issues not addressed promptly, while apologies were offered, there were no inclinations to make a dissatisfied guest, happy. Requests were made several times for services, and none were addressed. Had to go in search of toiletries, more than once, room was extended by one day, but this was not registered, so keycards did not work and room was not serviced. Overall a good stay, but would expect "better" service if I were to return. The Bar staff were awesome, professional and attentive.

Close to Airport

Good hotel. Clean room. What I disliked was that the walls are hollow resulting in me hearing everything happening next door. Wasn't to sure why there would be a deposit on using the microwave or fridge.

close to the airport but also very accommodating

Pros: Its location and its pleasant staff. The room was fine and the food at the bar was surprisingly tasty. I will stay there again.
Location: Come on: New York has everything!
Only a night but a pleasant one. I came in to give a lecture and had no idea how to get to the lecture site but they got me there without a glitch. I had a light meal and it was fine. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Overall, a fine place, especially if one wants to be near to the airport.
