Bad Experience

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Nathing
the shuttle bus took a lot of time to pick us up. there was a cockeroch in the bathroom. we looked for in our floor if there was an ice machine but there wasn't so we went to the bar restaurant and they said no to look in the other floors we wanted to drink coffee but we did not have suger of creamer so we went to the gift shop to see if they can give us a few but they said no we don't have but before in that same gift shop we saw the sugar and creamer the day of our check-out we found out that the shuttle bus of the hotel could of taken us to the subway but they never told us that.

Closer to Downtown & Airport

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Ambiance
Cons: hotel facilities.
It was rated as 3 star but i do not feel so, The hotel ambiance looked good but room was not impressive, smaller room and smaller beds with old mattress. I reserved two double bed rooms and both doesn't have refrigerator. I have to put baby food in refrigerator, when asked for it they said all rooms are not equipped with refrigerators and they charged $20 to bring it in. No car parking for Hotel(free), its paid parking with $20/day.

Airport Hotel

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Standard airport hotel. Quiet no road noise and excellent free shuttle to airport and tube. Great place to crash after a long flight. You need to know the hotel phone number to arrange pick up out of regular hours.

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The price, convenient location, airport shuttle, staff, space in room
Location: Near the airport
The staff was kind and very helpful. The front desk person was cheerful and informative. The room was clean and spacious. The airport shuttle was prompt and dropped us off at the door nearest our airline.

Great Price, Excellent Staff!!!

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Staff, Price, Location
Cons: construction
Nice hotel, reasonable price for NY...frequent shuttles to LGA and subway. Hotel staff lent us an umbrella to go into the city on a rainy day AND FOUND AND FED-EXED MY MAC TO ME WHEN I LEFT IT AT THE HOTEL!!! Decent place to run near the hotel in corona park by flushing bay...safe area. All good!

Excellent staff at the front desk

Had an excellent experience at LaGuardia Plaza for 2 nights with my friends to see the museums in New York. Easy taxi ride to and from Manhattan for around $30-35. Much better choice than staying in Manhattan. From the front desk to the door man who helped us getting on the shuttle were so helpful and accommodating. I'd recommend it to my family and friends when they go to New York.

LaGuardia Plaza is a nice choice by the airport

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Proximity to airport, parking garage next to building that they operate or are associated with (can charge to the account).
Cons: Free shuttle to airport is not offered
Location: LaGuardia
This is a nice choice by the airport that offers parking in a garage that they share with the Hampton Inn for $20 a night. This is about 3 minutes from LaGuardia. It has clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice staff.

Our stay at LaGuardia Plaza Hotel

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: How clean and safe it was. I also liked that they have shuttle transportation to air port and metro station
Cons: The ATM machine in the lobby is a rip off because, it only allowed us to withdraw $100 at a time for $3 fee each time.
Location: There is not much to do in the area but transportation was easily available for us to travel to wherever we wanted to go.
My sister, brother and I had a great stay at Lagurdia hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and staffs were helpful. Especially the front desk gentle man Benson were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Have smoking rooms.
Affordable stay near manhatton with pool, cheap parking, no bedbugs, a lot of Asian female flight attendents that dressed in the same nice uniforms. but no smoking.
