After staying there twice there will not be a be 3rd time. Staff is terrible and so is parking.

Rude, impatient staff. There was a unexpected $50 deposit when you check in, they return it in the morning to you but its a dumb policy. No comforter on the bed, just a thin fleece blanket. Mine had cigarette burns (I had a non smoking room by the way) on it and when I called to ask for a extra blanket I was rudely told only one blanket per room, no exceptions. Worst hotel experience ever, never coming back.

Okay stay

It was jost okay for a one-night stay. It was cheap and close to the JFK airport, but the neighborhood around seemed not good.

Pros: none
It is located in dangerous neighborhood and I had seen some drunken men on the road before sunset. Room was humid and couldn't sleep all night because of noise from street and nearby hospital.Parking lot was very small and not easy to access.

Overall the experience was good. Room was small but had everything we needed. Only thing is I belive they could be more attentive to room cleanliness.

Dump

The place is a dump. 1) bad smell in hallways 2) trash in ice bucket 3) tears in tub Curtin 4) sink deprecated from wall 5) tub Curtin rod bent down 6) towel bars bent down 7) VERY small bath towels ( had to use two each shower) 8) no communication between front office staff ( I asked and granted late checkout for 12:00 by front desk, yet housekeeping knocked on my door at 11:00) 9) not clean under the bed I think that is enough to make my point.
