Hello Edwin,I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

The customer service is the worst!!! The rooms are dirty and they do not have phones! It was horrible and I would never recommend it.

On face value the staff were friendly enough. But when I called a week prior to my booking just to confirm, the man on the phone was so rude he said ‘why you calling now if your booking is next week. Bye!’ And put the phone down on me. On the first night there were people fighting in the hallway nothing was done to stop them, we were terrified in our rooms! There was an awful smell in the hallway and the 2 rooms we booked. The place reeked of stale smoke and the blankets had ash holes in them- all of them! Both rooms were filthy! This is NOT an over exaggeration!
