“Average for the price”

This hotel was nice inside; very comfortable, nice breakfast. Staff at front desk is not friendly, but the breakfast attendant more than made up for it - she was very sweet and helpful! The room was unremarkable, but clean and as comfortable as expected for the price. Parking was terrible (difficult to maneuver) but free, a plus. My biggest complaint is the neighborhood, which is on the sketchy side - though the subway stop is not far so you only have to brave it for a few blocks. Overall, a good value for the price in NY.

“Location Location Location”

If your not from the city and not used to noise for example the train, that hotel is not the place where you need to be. If you dont mind noise so much and location is not a big deal to you, thank yes its a great place to be. The hotel was clean and the staff didnt bother me. The wifi is kinda sucky though, but other than that its fine. Great walking distance to the train. Im orginally from brooklyn visiting from Florida and I was able to block out the train and so can you.

“Great experience at an unbeatable price”

This hotel is located within a very dark and gloomy area of Brooklyn. However, as long as there are other things worth seeing while visiting, the area of the hotel really doesn't matter. After all, it is just a place to sleep. The convenience of the subway station was perhaps the greatest perk with access to the A,C, and J. For some, the noise of the subway may interrupt rest, however it soothing for us. The price was unbeatable, staff was friendly, and was always clean! Overall great value for the money!

“Quality Inn Brooklyn”

I had book a 10 day stay in New York City at this hotel. This was my first time going to New York City. I am 25 years old and I have a lot of travel experience. I have stayed in hostels and all sorts of places so I had no issues with staying at a budget hotel in a dodgy neighbourhood in Brooklyn. I do not really recommend this hotel to tourists or families. This is perfect for someone like me or perhaps a couple that is willing to take the train in to Manhattan or other parts of the city to explore. I was very pleased with my room. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I was expecting a shared bathroom so when I saw that I had my own bathroom I was extremely pleased. It was all very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. There was free Wi Fi which was essential for me. I was able to leave my Mac book pro in my room and trust that my things were kept safe. There was also a TV with lots of channels. Everyday my room was cleaned and towels or pillows or toiletries were replenished and my bed was made. The downside to this hotel is the neighbourhood. Is located in a very industrial area with nothing nearby except the train station which was actually convenient. The train is right next to the hotel so it is VERY noisy and unless you have experienced something like this before it might be a bit of a bother. The complimentary breakfast is just alright to be honest and the breakfast room is absolutely tiny. I would defenitely stay here again.

“Too noisy”

Very close to subway, convinient to travel to my conference site at MetroTech. However, it's too close to railroad and noise is so laud, even from the "best room" the hotel manager offered. Breakfast isokay. Internet was not working the first day, but later fixed.

“Not Bad at all, Worth the Price”

Stayed in the hotel for just one night, although the constant train noise was a bit of a nuisance, i managed to sleep through the night, I guess the Jet Lag and Time Difference helped me doze off. I arrived at 12pm and couldn't check in till 3pm; the hotel staff was nice enough to secure my suitcase while i hit the town. Room was available on my return. The subway was just two blocks (less than 4mins walk) which was very good, lots of bus choices too. Do stay here if on a short visit but not ideal for holiday makers as the train passes every 2 mins and all night. Taxi from JFK cost $23 (should be less if taxi driver didnt miss his way) Overall, I'm impressed. Stay!!!
