Noisy and old

Posted Mar 4, 2015
Very noisy, eventhough we were in the 21st floor. Heating was extremely high, with no chance to regulate it. Should be refurnished at common areas of the floor.

Nice enough tourist hotel near Madison Sq Garden

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: It was clean and nice.
Cons: Free Internet
The hotel was nice and clean, the internet being 15 bucks a day and the fairly hefty deposit were turnoffs.

Fabulous location

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: The only thing that let the room down was the size of the shower room, very tight on space and no bath.
Location: All the main sights of NYC can be reached easily from this mid town location. Empire state building and Times Square were the nearest to walk to.
I stayed here with my husband and 3 children (baby only 10 months). We had a suite which was ideal. A cot was provided free of charge. We had a lounge, large bedroom with 2 double beds and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave/oven combi. Also,we had a large terrace with fabulous views from our 26th floor location.

Nice hotel close to Everything

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Great lobby, nice looking rooms, and the location was perfect.
Cons: Rooms were nice and semi-new but they could definitely use a bit of maintenance on digs and scratches.
Location: Location is perfect for all types of groups. We went to Tir Na Nog Irish pub had amazing burgers and fries with a great Irish atmosphere.
Stayed in NYC for one night with my BF for a friend's birthday. Hotel is right across the street from the MSG and Penn station entry ways. Great for a long stay or just a weekend. Great place if you can get it for a good price. I booked 2 weeks ahead and got a queen deluxe for a great price. Rooms have a lot of space compared to most hotels in NYC. The Queen deluxe had desk and couch space and walk in closet. Bed was very comfy for 2 people.

centrale ligging

Posted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: Ligging, gastvrijheid en de service
Location: Empire state building, macy's, Time S, and so on

In the heart of Manhattan

Good location, though lots of traffic noise, even up on the 17th floor.

This hotel is in desperate need of updating. The computer systems for checking people in are antiquated. The hallways are dark and dingy. The doors to the rooms are dented and dinged up.

We booked a room last minute here and were pleasanlty surprised how amazing the room was for the price we were paying. The staff were really helpful, and the location in Manhattan, across the street from Penn Station was unbeatable.
