We were on the 31st floor with an awesome north-facing view. Based on other hotels, it seems they reduced the size of the bathroom in favor of a larger "living" area, which was great. We have stayed in Manhattan many times, and we will definitely stay here again.
We were a little disappointed that the Starbucks had limited hours where coffee was actually available. The lounge where the Starbucks was located was quite nice and always open.
The hotel lacks a formal restaurant. This didn't bother us in the slightest because, honestly, who wants to eat at a hotel in Manhattan?

Great hotel with excellent staff. Beautiful view of the bay, quiet neighborhood with several attractions but a fraction of the noise and chaos of the rest of the city. A great place to retreat to when the rest of New York seems to be a bit much.

I booked this hotel as my wedding gift to my best friend. My best friend stayed here for 3 days 2 nights in a suite and it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean, carpet smells fresh as you walk in the hallway of the hotel. Continental breakfast is great!. The staff are courteous and helpful. The bathroom is clean and spotless. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel was very close to 9/11 memorial and battery park which we intended to visit. Staff very helpful
and the rooms were generous in size, Must say it was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!!!! Also close to subway and bus route for uptown, definitely would recommend and return to.
