Perfekt för manhattanvistelsen!

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: Bra läge och fräscht, nyrenoverat, rymligt rum.
Cons: Golvvärme i duschen hade uppskattats
Varierande bemötande i receptionen.

Nice Hotel in a great location

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff
Location: Location is proximate to uptown and downtown points of interest
The Martha Washington is a nice hotel in a convenient mid town location close to the subway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was small but adequate and very comfortable. We were next to the elevators and worried that we might hear the elevators but we never did! I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, good location

Posted Nov 30, 2014
Our stay in Martha Washington in Nov 14' was average. Negatives- small rooms, no bath, VERY noisy (street traffic & thin walls) I thoroughly expected traffic noise in NY however the windows were single glazed and draughty making it seem as though the window was open, my fiancé didn't sleep well at all! I also noticed cracks in our bathroom ceiling which was damp off the shower and the corridors often smelt of smoke. The staff were polite and friendly and the bed was the best bed I have ever slept in! Rooms clean and well made up every day. Overall an average stay and I probably wouldn't return.

Excellent location. Modern. Rooms a little small

Posted Nov 22, 2014
Pros: Free internet. Location. Rooms were very clean.
Cons: More closet space - somewhere to store your luggage.
Middle of Chelsea so perfect for shopping, restaurants and bars. Hotel is modern. Rooms are a little small with limited closet space. Free internet works well.

Great midtown location with comfy beds

Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: Beds and location are very good.
Cons: We didn't find the restaurant downstairs all that appealing or affordable.
Location: We enjoyed tanking up on coffee and eggs at the Murray Hill Diner nearby. A big starbucks on the corner to hangout and recharge if the weather is bad
Very comfortable and adequate for sleeping and taking a break from all there is to do. The location is great. Easy access to the 6 train for getting uptown and downtown. Pharmacy and fast food is very close. The staff was very friendly and beds were very comfortable.

Loved this hotel

Posted Nov 12, 2014
Rooms are tiny, even by nyc standards but overall loved the hotel. Lobby/restaurant are awe worthy and I am a design geek. Did not get a chance to eat there, but the place looked like a good ambiance for brunch and dinner. Hallway on my floor looked like they had prepped to paint but was not done yet. Even with the small room, there was nothing missing that we would have wanted. Would go back again for the right price.
