It’s a great view from your room but I was on the 31 floor and all I heard at night was the vents making noise, walls are very thin I heard people’s shower, and them talking ! Room doesn’t have a mini fridge to accommodate you with personal beverages! Found hair in my bed sheets! So Overall you’re really paying for the view and don’t think the price is worth it

Location, location, location... Being across the street from the Oculus and the World Trade Center was amazing. I knew when I booked it that we were close, but I had no idea we were THAT close. The staff was fantastic. The hotel is spotless. Considering everything, I think the price of the hotel was a bargain. I don't want to fly all the way to NYC and stare out at a wall from my hotel room. I had an amazing view that I could stop looking at. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location to stay downtown. Amazing views. Every staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are outdated and could definitely use some updates but the room size is good for NY standards. Elevators were out of service at times but there was a staff member standing by and directing guests to an alternative service elevator if the wait was too long. Commendable!

We were told we would receive $10 per day for food and beverage so each day we ordered 2 hot chocolates $5/ each but when we checked out we were charged $10 for food and beverage. Does not sound free to me. I also confirmed the facility fee would be exactly $105 ($35 * 3 days) but upon checkout we were charged over $130 — an extra $30 in taxes and fees. This is very deceptive and I will never return to this hotel.

The location of this hotel is great. Most of the rooms are facing the WTC area and gives goosebumps every time you look out of the window. However, the rooms themselves are old and quite dusty, the furniture is scratched and the carpet is smelling funky. It’s time to remodel that place that has survived 9/11. (Maybe the dust is a remnant from it *lol)

The hotel was not as clean as expected. Did not have a room with a view despite it was not sold out. Restaurant was closed, under renovation. That was not communicated at time of booking. Parking garage that was recommended was closed upon arrival. I expected more for the price. Very disappointed.

No microwave or fridge. Missing glassware, missing lamp. Lamp didn’t work, guest services didn’t send engineer to replace. Areas were dusty. No parking and recommended parking lot was $80/day. Elevators had limited service. Lack of concern from guest services. Whole hotel needs upgrades. Not worth the cost.

Air conditioning was broken, told front desk but no one came up to fix it. Tv remote was not working as well but we got another one that worked. Very disappointing because we liked coming to this hotel so close to the subway. But they have to do better.

The service was excellent. From desk to bar. However the room was worn out and dirty. Stained carpets and couches. Furniture was worn and I need of repair. I would’ve given two stars but the staff was very courteous and eager to please.

The hotel location is perfect! Perfect view! However, rooms are very hot! The thermostat is very weird. There aren’t any microwave/refrigerator in rooms! It’s 35$ to rent a microwave! The staff is friendly, rooms are decent. Hotel charges an additional 300$ in fees so be mindful of that at check in! Overall, I would rate the hotel as “ok”.

As soon as we walked into the Millennium Downtown, there was a weird smell emanating throughout the lobby. Nevertheless, we checked in and remained positive about the suite we booked. Once we got into the room, we were so taken aback. Our room should've had a separate living room area-however there was no couch--it was just an empty floor space. The carpets were dingy and dirty. The room definitely needed a cleaning. We travelled with a 2 year old and I knew that I could not stay there overnight. I went downstairs after only 1 minute of being in the room and requested a refund. This place needs a wake up call--you cannot charge these prices for what this place is. Renovations are needed throughout the building. What a nightmare.

The mattress in two different rooms were very uncomfortable asked to upgrade to a suite, and had to wait all day to get it and then we were sent to a room that was not a suite and I had to go back downstairs and get another key to find another room. No on site parking.

They gave us the room key with someone else already in our room we had a crazy experience and had to go back down from 51 floor to front desk to fix the situation to get another room, I was very embarrassed With my partner on Valentine’s Day
