“Millennuim Broadway - Penticle Tower”
We stayed int he Penticle Tower portion of the hotel. Very courtious staff, excellent room, good bed. I was concerned that the 3rd floor would be too noisy or that the lights would keep us up all night. it was not an issue. Veru little noise and the light went out at about midnight, plus there are heavy drapes that black out the light. The location is about 1/2 block off of Times Square and is just 1/2 a block from the GMA Show. Most of the "Broadway Shows" are within a 5 block walk.
“the best location and service in Times Square!”
tHE CONCIERGE DESK was absolutely 100% helpful, and willing to work the extra mile to help out on requests. The 45th street entrance has a great deli on the street...THE CRANBERRY, and everything about theatre is within walking distance ,including the subway.
“Great value in theater district”
Front desk personnel were friendly. Went up to room only to find the room was still occupied. Went back downstairs and was given another room. Staff was very apologetic. After that all was fine. Discovered great bistro across the street.
“Would definitely stay again”
We arrived 4 hours early and were prepared to leave our bags in storage and take in some sights until our room was ready. There was no need. The very courteous person at the front desk put us in a room immediately. I had requested a high floor and got a room on the 50th floor. Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected that. The view was unbelievable. All of the staff we came into contact with were very polite and helpful. I had a problem with the hair dryer and within 15 minutes someone from housekeeping was up with a new one. The location was perfect. An easy walk to theatres and many attractions, and there was an excellent Italian restaurant a few steps down the street which was open until midnight -- just what we needed for after-the-theatre dining. The hotel was beautiful and our room was very tastefully decorated and bed and pillows very comfortable. The toiletries provided were an excellent quality. We had to leave for the airport at 6:30 am and the bellman got us a driver, who was very personable and helpful, with a very comfortable luxury car, at about the same cost as a taxi. It was a fabulous stay and experience and I'm already trying to plan a return trip to NYC and stay at the Millennium Broadway Times Square.
“Great Service!”
Everything we requested was taken care of immediately. We were very happy
“Times Square Gem”
Very nice hotel in Times Square
“DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY”
I took my daughter to NY for her birthday. We stayed at the Millenium Broadway. The Hotel was beautiful and the staff was awesome. They even stored our leftovers from Carmines in the restaurant after we had already checked out. I would definently go back!
“Excellent Service”
Our stay at the Broadway Millennium was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and eager to meet our needs and give suggestions for sight-seeing, dining, and transportation information. Thanks!
“Wonderful Hotel”
Great view, easy access to lots of things like shopping, theatres, restaurants, and sites.
“Unbelievable - Definitely going again!”
Just a stones throw from Times Square - I could have jumped there from my room window if it opened far enough. Breathtaking view of the square, Chrysler building and Hudson river. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms very clean and well furnished. We are definitely going to stay here again. Couldn;t fault it except for the minibar prices but I suppose thats the same wherever you go.
