Just the jobPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Did the job, happy with the hotel - was there for 5 days, and it was nice and comfy to come back to at night after sightseeing
Cons: Lack of FREE WiFi in anywhere apart from Lobby ($13 dollars a day for wifi in room - very steep)
Location: Plenty of bars opposite, and Deli was convenient. Less than a minute's walk to Times Square!
Right next to Times Square, good view of the city from 46th floor -clean and spacious room, big TV, Bathroom was clean with a good shower. always an elevator ready. Deli over the road, so no breakfast required.

Amazing staff nice rooms and excellent locationPosted Mar 4, 2014
Had a nice short stay at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly with the exception of the front desk people who seemed to hate their job. Everyone else was great. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfy. Great location if you are going to time square.

Good value, great locationPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: The pillows were too hard and flat.
Location: You name it, it's within walking distance. Dining, shopping, sight seeing, theaters. Everything.
You can't get much better location than this at such a reasonable price. Clean, comfortable, about as quiet as you can get in Times Square.

This was a great place to stay.Posted Feb 28, 2014
Pros: A great location, open, inviting, friendly, with excellent accomodations. I was able to print my boarding pass, and check my flight in their tech area
Location: In additon to the hotel's restaurant, there are many top notch restaurants on the same street. Shopping and theatre's are within walking distance.
Right from the start the service was great. Arrived in the late morning expecting to store our luggage until check in time, and was surprised to get room key right away. Reserved a queen bed and staff happily changed it to a double double, which by the way, was very spacious, and clean.

Hard bed, few amenitiesPosted Feb 28, 2014
Beds hard and uncomfortable. No coffee. In 2014, charging $12.95 per day for wireless internet - a service that is complimentary at such luxury properties as Super 8 and Burger King - is equivalent to posting a sign in the room saying "if you are younger than 50, we have zero interest in your business."

Pros: Very well mannered staff and great location
Cons: Cleanliness and the odd upgrade
Location: Perfect location for time square, walked to central park regularly

Central location, AMAZING staff!Posted Feb 26, 2014
Location: The location is perfect for travelers to the city; subways are reasonably close, as are Times Square and the theater district.
I am visually impaired and travel with a seeing-eye dog. Before losing my vision, I traveled extensively for business and pleasure and this was most certainly one of the best hotel experiences I have had in 30 years. From the time I booked the reservation and contacted the hotel staff to speak about specific concerns of traveling to their hotel, through my entire four day stay at the Millennium Broadway, I felt like an honored guest--and not because of my impairment, but rather in spite of it. All of the staff that I had interactions with (and there were quite a few) were courteous, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to provide information, assistance, or simply to say hello. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and, did I mention, the staff is amazing! Highly recommend this hotel!
