Perfect Location

Cons: The staff was just okay.
We could walk to just about anywhere from the hotel. The price was reasonable, the hotel was very clean and the room was pleasantly comfortable.

Pros: location to Central Park and Times Square
Cons: The sofa bed was uncomfortable
Location: every thing convenient
I was in NYC with my 2 daughters and they both liked the hotel I chose. We needed extra blankets and they came quickly.

Great location and service.

Pros: Location, Service, Rooms
Location: Central Park, Museums (The Met, MoMA, etc), shopping at 5th Ave and 6th. Broadway. Time Square. Rockfeller Center. Great Street Food. Saturday 6th Ave
My husband and I stayed at this hotel with three kids: 13, 11 and 9. We had two rooms. The hotel staffs were friendly, the service was great. Love the location, it's walking distance to everything: Central Park, the Met, Time Square, Rockfellar Center, and more. The Herb & Kichen had a good selection of snacks, and great tasting coffee.

Nice hotel close to Time Square and Central Park

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location and view
Cons: Rooms could be a bit cleaner, the room was quite dusty and the table in the lounge needed to be wiped down with a damp cloth.
The location of the hotel is very good, it is near Time Square, 5th Avenue and Central Park. We had an executive suite as it was the cheapest way to accommodate 2 adults and 4 children (2 double beds and pull out in sofa). £241 per night included breakfast and hors d'oeuvre in the evening. The room was on the 42nd floor and had a great view of the city. The staff were all very pleasant.

Great room for a family of 5

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Finding a room for a family of 5 in any city is difficult. This was a good 2 bed suite with a sofa bed in a separate room. Clean, modern comfortable and with views to rival top of the rock or Empire State. Reception is hectic. Executive lounge access great.

Very friendly staff

This hotel is in the heart of times square, easily accessible to anything you want to see. The staff is very friendly. The only issue is a policy issue is even the amount of money you spend over and above what you paid Expedia they will not honor for the Hilton Honors card.
