“Great service on the busiest night of the year!”

I was very impressed. We had a beautiful corner room with two double beds just like we asked and on New Years Eve too!

“Great Experience”

This is a great hotel in a great location. Its two buildings from ground zero and walking distance from the Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty ferries. Great service and a beautiful lobby and rooms. Only problem was that the elevator always stopped on the third floor even when the button was not pushed??? Who knows why?

“Great weekend getaway”

Fabulous time spent and well worth the money! Room service was incredible, and service was exceptional. Extremely helpful and friendly! The only thing to improve upon is to find a way to help eliminate the "smoking room smell" from a smoking room.

“Wonderful service, friendly staff”

Stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. Hotel was quiet, clean, room was spacious and though I did not pay for a view, ended up with a marvelous view of the Hudson and Jersey shore. Staff was very helpful and when we mentioned it was our birthdays, they surprised us with trays of goodies and personally written card. I couldn't have asked for more. Food in cafe was okay (typical for hotels-a bit overpriced) but in all fairness, I didnt try the restaurant which gets good reviews.

“Will stay again”

Great hotel in a quiet part of Manhattan. The food at Roy's was excellent. The view of Ellis Island was superb. Short walk to Battery Park to catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

“Excellent New York City Hotel”

We arrived in New York on a dreary, cold day and were very comfortable when we arrived to our room at the Marriott. We were greeted by very pleasant staff members who were extremely polite and helpful. Linens were clean and crisp. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked the safe that was made available to store valuables. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again

“New York NEW YORK!!!”

Great place to stay if you want to stay if you would like to save money from staying in the heart of time square! Just a 10 min train walk / ride from everywhere you need to be. Hotel service was great, real quiet, nice views.

“July 4th weekend trip to NYC”

Very nice hotel. Awesome location: 4 blocks from Battery Park, two blocks to the Hudson River & a nice residential neighborhood, two blocks from Trinity Church & Wall Street. Small room but with those unbelievably comfortable beds you see in high end hotels now. Air conditioner worked but for some reason it was constantly humid in the room (not a big deal.) Overall would stay again there in a heartbeat.
