The 49-story New York Marriott Marquis offers a total of 1,949 soundproofed guestrooms and suites. Many rooms have views of Times Square or the Hudson River.
All guestrooms feature Marriott's Revive Collection bedding: 300-thread-count cotton linens with white-and-beige design; down comforter with cotton cover, freshly laundered for each guest; 6 down pillows, including bolster; and a separate mattress topper. Rooms also feature large, well-lighted mirrors to make dressing for the theater easy.
Upon check-in, guests can request Marriott's Wired for Business service, with high-speed Internet access and unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls for a daily fee.

Broadway Lounge - Iconic views of Times Square are the chief attraction of this clubby lounge perched above the city's nexus. Glowing glass tables and green and plum-colored chairs create a contemporary Manhattan feel. The lounge serves signature cocktails, wines by the glass, and dishes prepared in an exhibition kitchen. Open for lunch and dinner.
Starbucks Coffee - Starbucks outlets can be found on the hotel's ground floor and in the 8th floor lobby.

“Only place I will stay”
Not only was everyting about the hotel A-1, the location was prime. It is in the centre of Times Square, everything is accessible from there very easily. This is where I will stay in the future!

“Great hotel in great location”
The biggest hotel I've ever stayed in and slightly daunting until you get your bearings - reception is on the 8th floor! Well organised, clean large rooms - everything we wanted, including ice facilities. We couldn't get a booking for the 'View' restaurant - it revolves - but did go up for a cocktail and had terrific views. A little bit soul less, but it would be at this size - however, I'd recommend it for location, location and room sizes - stayed last time at the Paramount and they were very tiny.

“Have Always Loved It”
This was not my first time at this hotel. My husband and I have spent two New Year's Eves there, and have stayed there while going to see several Broadway shows. However, this is the first time that I have stayed there since they installed the new elevator systems. What a PLEASURE!! You enter the floor you want to go to and it directs you to the elevator you have to use. Once you are on the elevator, there are no buttons to change your choice. This prevents the stops on every floor that used to happen and people all jamming on the first elevator that comes to the Lobby. The beds were very comfortable, nice flat screen TV's. They seem to have eliminated the mini "snack" refrigerators, and charge a small fortune for the bottled water in the rooms. We picked up a couple of bottles around the corner, and used the ice machine down the hall. The only discomfort, was the A/C did not get cold enough. I think that even though we set it below 70 degrees, it is pre-programmed to stay at about 73 degrees. I don't remember this being the case in the past, but with the cost of energy, it is totally understandable. All in all, a great experience, and a great location!!!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our entire trip to New York City was incredible and I would love to go back someday. I would recommend a vacation to NYC and a stay at the Marriott Marquis on Times Square.

we booked 2 rooms, ours was great, but the other was musty smelling. Upon complaint to the hotel, they moved them, can't ask more than that.
